“Had all the windows replaced and overall very happy with the result. Windows are lovely. Although they were not the tidiest of people, screws all over the drive and silicone all over the washing line!!”

“Had a quote from Safestyle windows last week and today I received a call from Adam Davies at 16.24. This person became very rude after when I said that the quote they gave me was high so I am going with a different company who gave me a lower quote. He was rude and then he hang up the phone on me. If this is how they behave before sales then how would they behave after sales? They are not professional and who would want to work with these people who has no manners and is treating their customers badly. Safestyle is a big company and should not let the staff get away with this type of behaviour as this is dropping their reputation and they will lose customers”

“Having had very bad experiences with windows being fitted by other companies over the years in other properties I have owned, I had very low expectations with Safestyle UK, despite the reassurance from both the salesman and the surveyor. I need not have worried. The fitters, John and Liam, were excellent. It was obvious from the start that they knew what they were doing and took pride in doing a really good job - which they did! I bought two composite doors and five windows. The quality speaks for itself. My home has gone from arguably the scruffiest in my road to far and away the smartest. I am really delighted with them. Contact with the office has also been excellent. If they promised to get back to me, they did. In this day and age, such service is a rarity! Thank you Safestyle UK. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending you.”

“Good installation arrived early and very little disruption. Several small issues - forgot to leave window keys(arrived several days later by post), unable to remove label off one of frames and drainage caps missing( still waiting for them to return to correct). Overall though pleased with result.”

“Couldn't be happier with the service they provided from the quote to the installation we did spend a lot of money however worth every penny I couldn't fault any of it its pain free and easy I will recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors also the quality of the products go above and beyond our expectations will definitely use again to do the rest of the house.”

“Great experience the guy fitted our French doors windows and front door in no time at all very efficient and minimal noise and no mess. Made sure everything was working as it should and it was all left tidied and sealed. The guy made sure we knew how things worked and always asked if we were happy with everything. Brilliant job done and would recommend safe style to everyone. Great job safe style.”

“Used safestyle when renovating our old house and did a fantastic job however 10 years on 2018, we thought we would use them again BIG MISTAKE. we are currently 18 months (Nov 19) into remedial work and has been escalated to fenserology . the conservatory was not surveyed properly causing the roof to dip and put pressure on the glass which ending up supporting it. the windows were fitted by what i would call apprentices with very little experience and know how, hammering bricks out of the wall and forcing the windows in, this led to the frames bowing and the glass not fitting correctly, this was after they had dropped 1 unit smashing it on my drive. the fitters were consistent and dropped their drill on 2 brand new radiators chipping them and continued their clumsiness by dropping the drill on my bathroom basin cracking it and proceeding to fill it with silicon. once the bay window was in we had decent airflow and could see the outside world through the joins in the frame. The doors and some windows were fitted on the diagonal and proceed to rub creating a scuffing noise and ensuring airflow continues through the top of the door where it doesn't seal properly. after having 5 or 6 units replaced and 15 attempts of remedial work we continue but with a large number of driver marks in the frames and trim. after a few months the rooftop of the conservatory blew off in a breeze leaving us with a waterfall in which safestyle reply was to send someone out in 2 weeks. safestyle are very illusive when trying to contact them and i would seriously advise to stay well away, i've added a couple of pictures from our journey, i have a few videos of the indoor rain and well over 60 additional pictures, hopefully this will influence your decision.... Good luck!”

“We had an amazing salesperson coming out to see us and explain about the product we were interesting in. We had our frond door replaced in a sage green colour with the top paved in glass. The fitter was great he has done an excellent job. He has clean up after himself as well as taking the old door away. We are very happy with the results.”

“We had back and front doors replaced by SafeStyle. The work was completed to a high standard. There was a few issues with the backdoor. Just one phone call and the guys were back to complete a small repair. I would certianly use SafeStyle again”
