“We have recently had our front door and half screen replaced by Safestyle UK. From our first contact to after the door was replaced the staff were helpful and friendly. It's a great product and we have already ordered a replacement for our backdoor. We believe this a excellent quality product at a reasonable price that we will enjoy for many years to come. The person fitting was brilliant, clearly knew what he was doing and did the job quickly with no mess. Very happy customer.”

“Excellent service, from the first initial visit right up until the completion of our door fitting. Can't fault the 2 guys who can to fit my front door. They were great, put a dust sheet down to minimise the amount of mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Polite and very helpful guys. Would highly recommend, in the near future if we need any new doors or windows Safestyle will be my go to. Great customer service is hard to come by but with these guys I feel they generally care about the services they offer and therefore build great relationships with their customers.”

“It was a bit painful getting the details and booking confirmed, but the French doors were fitted in 2 hours, no fuss and no mess, and the price was reasonable given the quality. My neighbours are jealous :)”

“Sales men were professional and quick and showed us all products in your range.Prices were reasonable.Fitters were on time and did a great job they were quick and professional and obeyed covid rules.When finished they cleaned up very well and got rid of all their rubbish,then explained how doors and windows worked.All in all a very satisfactory job”

“Even though we were still in difficulties with the Covid virus affecting almost every aspect of life and work Safestyle delivered on time and fitted our new, larger, kitchen window. Perfect match to the rest of our windows and doors fitted 13 years ago. Same efficient and courteous service as before. Highly recommend. David Dyson”

“diabolical from day one. I'm still having problems repeatedly after many supposed fixes and remedial work. I am unable to get through on the phone. Use this company at your absolute peril!”

“I am appalled with your services right from the workmanship to the customer service! My mum has had a shocker of a year constantly trying to get all the issues resolved and getting nowhere! It was August last year that she first ordered the windows and still nothing is finished! She has holes around windows (also over winter), screws sticking out in random places, no communication, no organisation and still not resolved! Avoid like the plague and be wary!!!”

“I have only been a homeowner for 4 years and have never had to even think about new windows and doors, it was quite a daunting thought. I contacted a family friend with a double glazing firm and arranged for them to come over and provide me with a quote. I also contacted Safe Style for a 2nd quote. I ended up choosing Safe Style because they were able to match the quote I got from my family friend but include a few more things that were important to me. Such as, a beautiful composite front door and grey window frames at the front and the back of the house, whereas with my family friend, their quote was for grey frames at the front of the house and white at the back and a PVC plastic front door. What also swung my decision to chose Safe Style is that they have a 10 year guarantee on all their windows and doors and you can spread the cost interest free, which are things my family friend wouldn't have been able to offer me. I felt bad for declining my friend but at the end of the day Safe Style offered me the best deal and they did not disappoint. Everyone who visited my home was lovely; the salesman, surveyor and the fitters. The fitters did an amazing and professional job and I am so grateful. They worked so hard and cleaned up after themselves. You could tell they really put pride in to their work. Bottom line, although I was sceptical due to bad things I'd heard in the past, I'm glad I chose Safe Style and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!”

“Very competitive price and the security of a 10 year guarantee. The excellent fitting team replaced south facing windows in 29 degrees of heat and kept smiling. Every room was left neat and clean and Donnie, the team leader, would not leave until he had walked me around each installation and ensured that I was perfectly happy.”

“Worst customer service I have ever received! Only interesting in your money. Poor quality fitters, had my windows fitted all incorrectly. No one cared to call me within the 72hr promise even after six very polite recorded calls and 12 emails containing image evidence of the poor finish. Now having to seek legal advice. Steer clear of this company and go local. Happy to supply anyone with the images on day of install, would not want anyone to go through what I have been through.”

“Excellent experience, the salesman, the person who measured door and fitter all very professional and easy to ask questions about their service. All wore PPE even in the very hot weather. So pleased with my new front door. Excellent price, highly Recommend”

“The salesmen explained and arranged everything on line due to the Covid pandemic. The survey was carried out soon after and our new door was fitted by the agreed date by a very good installer who cleaned everything after completion. First class safe style.”

“The two fitters arrived on time on one of the hottest days and quickly and efficiently went to work. They were polite and helpful. We left them to get on with the work in the heat which they completed quickly, they made sure they kept a safe distance from us, cleaned the windows and called us when the job was complete. They showed us how to close doors and cleaned afterwards. If these fitters were a sample of them men working for you I would be happy to recommend your company.P”
