“Really pleased with my new door and windows it was definitely time to replace them we really liked the quality and style of the product looks good.totally transformed our house no more drafts when the installers arrived they started promptly kept everything clean and tidy as they worked very polite and extremely helpful and professional. after work was completed we went round together to check that we where satisfied with the work also demonstrated how everything worked will definitely recommend to friends and family And will use safe style again many thanks Kevin”

“New front door fitted but not the one I ordered,when I complained was told you’ve signed for an s3 ,what’s a s3 ,I now know it’s a 3 glazed style of the Chatsworth not the 5 glazed door which is shown on the website plus no knocker which when finally got through to them is scheduled for 5 weeks.now in process of talking to ceo ,let’s see how I go on”

“Had white PVC door fitted which improved the look and security at the rear of the house. The fitter carried out a very good job & cleared away all the mess on completion. I thought the process/advice from choosing to fitting was informative and efficient.”

“Windows are lovely but if you have an issue as we have it is a nightmare!!! Firstly getting through to customer services is near on impossible, 3 hours in total one day I was on hold. The day we had the windows fitted i noticed the bathroom window wouldnt shut , I refused to pay until fixed , it was fixed quickly...so i paid. 5 days later we noticed the silicon was dripping off the 2 front bedroom windows. We have been told they cannot come & fix this until January 10th!!!!! I would not recommend this company at all. What a way to treat customers as soon as you have thousands out of them!! 7 weeks to come fix an issue that is not our fault & appeared only 5 days after fitting. Disgusting!!!”
