“I cannot speak of the quality of the doors or fitting as the sales assistant instantly put us off snd business taken elsewhere. Unprofessional and full of rubbish”

“The indtallers arrived 8.15am and started strait away. They were polite and may I say very hard working. The detail of finish was excellent. I cannot recommend safestyle uk enough. I had seen alot of bad review on line so was a bit wary. Rest assured I was blown away from the initial consultation to the finished installation. They cleaned everywhere. Due to my experience its a 10/10.”

“We were very pleased with the front and back door, lovely quality doors. It was about 6 weeks from start to finish and all the people were very friendly but professional, and tidy. And the price was right! Would definitely recommend them”

“Your fitter was friendly, and worked on his own tirelessly from the time he arrived, with little or no break! He removed our old windows, and proceeded to expertly fit the new ones, carefully making an excellent job in the finishing off of each one. He also made sure to clear up behind him, and no mess/debris was left behind. Many thanks to Steve and you Safestyle. I will certainly recommend you!”

“But if a mix up with the sales person at the start with what we wanted as don’t think we explained it properly, but the engineer came out, corrected the order and explained everything to us in detail. The fitters were absolutely brilliant and friendly. Would definitely recommend safe style rather than any other company out there.”

“We had new windows installed throughout (15 in total, including a bow bay and a box bay window). 10/10 on the fit and finish. The installers were great. They'd been in the trade a number of years and clearly very experienced. They did a really tidy job and cleaned up after themselves. Any difficulties / decision points were well communicated and accommodated for without any fuss. Overall very pleased with the final product. Smaller niggles (hence dropping a star) were encountered earlier in the interactions with Safestyle, but these were minor & workable: 1. the survey team contradicted the sales team on a couple of points. 2. when the overall price / spec moved based on the above, it caused a little confusion and as a result I had to call customer service for clarity (and even then it wasn't 100% clear on why I needed some additional fitting supplies). Despite the above, it really wasn't worth losing sleep over. What I care about is the final product .. and it's excellent. Would recommend.”

“The installation engineer turned up when expected. He explained the Covid19 safeworking practice. he installed the French doors to a high standard. He cleaned up all mess and then demonstrated our new doors to show they were operating correctly. A very professional service.”

“I am very happy by the service from Safestyle Chris the workmen arrived early wearing his mask or being covid rules, He was very well mannered working cleanly and tidily . I’m extremely pleased with my new door and would recommend self-styled some family and friends .”
