“Safestyle UK was actually recommended to me through a family member who recently replaced his front door. My husband and I decided to replace ours to a more secure, modern one. We contacted Safestyle and chose our front door and side panel. We got many quotes from various places and Safestyle were the most reasonable. The surveyor came to measure and was very straight talking and honest. We were given a call and confirmed a date for fitting. The fitter arrived and was very lovely. He did a two man job all by himselfx cleaned up his mess and did a fantastic job. As we've just decorated the hallway we were a little concerned about any damage to paint or floor but the fitter literally didn't cause any sort of mess at all. I also recieved a follow up call to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. Overall, I would highly recommend Safestyle Uk to anyone, and actually have already recommended them. Very pleased”

“New front door fitted. From quote through to fitting everything went smooth and everyone turned up at agreed times and communicated prior to visit advising of exact time. Fitter got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards. Pleased with Safestyle. Good job!”

“The chain of service from sales rep, surveyor through to installation is professional and impressive. The quality of doors and windows is great. Now my house looks like a brand new refit. Thank you Safe Style my house is now a comfortable and brilliant show piece.”

“Really knowledgable salesman with no hard sell. Great communication all the way through. Installation was amazingly quick with a friendly and experienced installer with zero damage to decor. Apart from having gorgeous new doors you would never know he had been! I would definitely recommend.”

“The guality of our French doors and the gentlemen who installed them are superb. The doors literally bring a whole new dimension to our house openining up the side to a patio and fish pond. The installers were clean, polite, professional and did a superb job. Over the moon with the result.”

“Excellent job Excellent job, first class fitter, got exactly the doors and style I wanted, one minor glitch is they did not supply a internal cill cover, to the Flag window on the front door hence 4 out of 5.”

“Ordering and survey was fine. The Fitters left some mess, and I had to employ a plasterer to correct their poor finishing around my new patio doors. After sales service is shockingly poor. 6 weeks after fitting I'm still waiting for them to come and repair broken window handles. Emails are ignored and when I phone I am left hanging on for over an hour every time. I regret using this company and wouldn't recommend them if they were the last company on earth.”

“Horrendous quality and service I had a front door supplied and fitted by safestyle, a couple of months later the door split from the corner of a window frame in the panel. I called up- waited over 45mins to speak to an advisor and was asked to provide pictures so that an engineer could be ‘sent out with the correct panel’, I sent pictures and the advisor reviewed the pictures and booked an engineers to come out although it was a 3 week wait from this conversation on the 3rd July until an engineer came out on the 22nd July. He turned up with a camera to take a picture of the door- as I already had and said someone would contact me. The engineer had no idea why he had been sent to take further pictures of the crack that I had already sent in, this was a complete waste of time for everybody involved. It is now 3weeks later, nobody ever followed up or arranged an engineer to fit a replacement panel. I have tried to call again since and sat in a queue for 45minutes each time before disconnecting. The quality of customer service is disgraceful and after care is non-existent. I would not recommend Safestyle at all, in fact I would actively dissuade people from using them.”

“Very poor, Had a £3000 front door fitted, 3 months later it started leaking through the doors window panels after a bad storm and water leaked into my hallway due to poor seals, Additionally noticed the door started to fade in colour. The workman also left some long strips and cuttings in my driveway. I phoned up to complain and they gave me a date which was 6 weeks to send someone out. If the 6 weeks wasn't bad enough - Nobody ever turned up - no phone call or nothing. The after sale service is terrible. The fact is prior to this bad service I was about to put in an order for all of my windows to be replaced; that now will be with another company. To summarise the pre sales service was very good the post sale service is atrocious.”
