“So we had ALL of our windows fitted on our house. One of the windows you have to slam shut as it obviously has been measured wrong and getting caught on the lip. I’ve woken up the next morning to to see grey stains all over the frames. Tried wiping it off as thought it may be muck. But it’s STAINED! All of my windows! Also the sealant is a mess on the brick work of my house on the outside. Yes I was happy it all got done in a day but my windows are atrocious! And we’ve paid £5000. We do have someone coming back out to have a look at the problem but not till a month and a half away!”

“This is the 4th time of using Safestyle and can honestly say I have no issues with the service from the office or with the fitters and this last time was a very efficient team of fitters,in and out within half an hour”

“Had my full house windows done and would highly recomend . The thought of new windows was a big grey area after only getting our house a few months ago . We thought the price would outrageous and to our shock the price was good for what we wanted which was 11 new windows! They fitted all 11 windows in 1 full day and the morning to a high standard From start to finish they were professional and poliet From the quote to leaving . Mike who give us a quote was down to earth and didnt feel pressured and explained everything to us . The window installers left my home clean and tidy and done an amazing job to a high standard . Customer service follow up calls have been really good as they havent got your money and left. They make sure everything is okay and your happy with them . My self and hushand are more then happy with our work and would recommend to anyone We have just asked for a quote on the doors know ( if it was bad we wouldnt be going back regardless of price ) so yes we would highly recommend to anyone who's thinking of using Safe style .”

“Shocking customer service. Surveyor undid outer beading on our patio door. Now have damp on 2 walls and my wooden floor is warped. Because my husband tried to make good and minimise the damage they are now refusing to fix it. Only moved in to my house 3 months ago.”

“From start to finish we received amazing customer service. From the first consultation to the finished job was only a matter of weeks and each stage was planned around us. The doors are lovely and the finish was immaculate. Would highly recommend. Rich and Sally Truro”

“good experience all round. the rep was very no-nonsense and quoted me a price that i was happy with. he listened to my requirements and offered suggestions. installation was on time and much quicker than i anticipated. i must say that the installer was very professional and great at what he did. i would recommend this company”

“Firstly we were extremely impressed with the Safestyle Representative, he had an in depth knowledge of the products and took into consideration all our requirements. Our brief was to replace 16 windows and two doors with at least the character that our existing windows had. We can confidently say that this was surpassed by some considerable measure!. The Installation was started and completed on the 20th January by 3 Teams of fitters who really new their job, their dedication to completing a first class installation was a credit to them. Their thirst for Tea ,Coffee and Biscuits was second to none but worth every last crumb!. My Wife and I are former Property Developers and have used many different double glazing companies over the years and we can confidently say these are the best windows we have ever had fitted. Thank you Safestyle keep up the good work. p.s. We are now getting lots of nice comments from the neighbours!”
