I ordered windows Wednesday 8th February but due to unforeseen circumstances on Sunday 12th I canceled the windows I paid £2469 deposit but they have not refunded my deposit it states in their notice of your rights to cancel that you can cancel within 7 calendar days which I did. It took them 2 minutes to take my deposit but No refund yet

1 year on and today we learn that despite all our complaints Calls and visits Safestyle didn’t even bother to order the replacement door and frame Well enough is enough We will not be making anymore payments and will be taking this poor excuse of a company to court to get a full refund Please do not use this company You will regret it !!!!

I did cancel after reading the terrible reviews and I am still waiting for an email confirmation or the refund from this company.

Safestyle have said when they get the faulty window back I’ll get a full refund for the window of £1177.

I've now secured a full refund from this utter joke of a company and am now looking at a smaller local door fitter to provide me with the service that I assumed Safestyle UK could provide.

When you demand instant payment from a customer you ought to give refunds instantly when order cancelled by you; 2.

Ordered windows in December and paid £1900, they surveyed 1st week of Jan, they then said couldnt install and cancelled the order. Been chasing the deposit refund ever since and keep being fobbed off by systems are down and can't do anything - but reading other reviews they are still taking other peoples orders, strange hey ! Much more likely they are on the point of insolvency and cant process any refunds AVOID

My door was installed in Aril 2020. Soon after we saw the door had big gaps on top that you could see trough. We have now just been called to cancel the replacement of the frame for the fifth time. we are now sitting in 10/02/2022. There lack of service is bordering on criminal. They are now refusing to give me a refund. I can only say RUN A MILE FROM THEM.

I raised complaints and eventually I was given a refund of only £130.
