Poor service from what was a faulty lock from a Safestyle product.

The additional costs we faced, delays and appalling customer service, its been unbelievably stressful, this is an AWFUL company that should be shut down.

I'm actually unsure where to begin but this company is absolutely awful, from the moment someone came over to give us a quote on all windows and doors and trying to trick us into verifying an email which would of had us agree a a contract with them to go ahead with the sale, which we queried as we hadn't agreed to anything at this point, to the salesman telling us he isn't here for a 'quote' his hear for the 'business' we explained we needed a quote first like any normal person would but he was very pushy and began to be very rude in his mannerism, previous to this we asked a couple of questions about the different locks he had shown us to which he said 'read the book' & didn't help any further, once he left both my partner and i were pretty gobsmacked, the next day we were called back by the manager who was also rude when we declined the quoted offer, and hung up, we have since had calls from various people from the company who then also change their attitude when you say No Thank you, we explained to one person the bad experience we had and he also had a bad attitude, there customer service is absolutely shocking, yet they still continue to ring on a weekly basis, and like to hang up on you when u explain your no longer interested This company doesn't like being told no, trying to trick us into the sale was also a big red flag along with the rudeness so anyone considering using these please beware.

I’ve since reached out to their customer service to try and provide more details twice, but they’ve ignored both emails.

Door was not fitted properly from the start. Safestyle had to remove and replace as it was so badly fitted!! But that happen after I had a gap around door all winter and it was cold!!! It was 2 degrees cooler by front door due to gap. The customer service was utter rubbish and the compensation was a total insult!!! They do not care at all!

Poor poor poor,customer service,delivery everything,I have to Chase people for they'r mistake But very quick at taking the payment,to come out for a quote. Damage my property and now I'm waiting to be fixed ....4 weeks gone and nobody did nothing about the situation. Stay clear of them use your local guy perhaps
