“Service was ok sales person pushy and prices changed once challenged as I felt they were verybeckensjve for what I was getting. Ince order confirmed quick turn around and fitter was friendly and knew what he was doing. PVC door you get what you pay for but happy with paid and what I got”

“Ash came out to give me a quote for a new door and window 10 days ago and I've heard nothing since. Considering Coronovirus is about, he walked straight into my house without asking and when I asked him to stand outside his entire attitude changed. He measured the door and gave me a price but I said you've not seen the window yet. He thought I meant the tiny window above the door, not realising that was included in the door frame and thought a separate thing. My confidence in him went to zero. He was quite pushy and wanted me to sign there and became quite indignant when I asked for a written quote so I could compare to others. Needless to say, I won't be having them back if this is the service to begin with.”

“I had a new front door fitted this week by a nice young man from Safestyle UK. He was prompt, on time and very polite and respectful. My door was fitted within the time specified and I am very pleased with the end result. The colour is superb, blends in lovely with the property. It's exactly what I was after. He cleaned up behind himself and left no mess and he showed me how to lock the door securely. Basically, a very good firm all round, highly recommended.”

“Excellent from surveyor to fitters... Arrived on time, never stopped all day 8 windows and 2 doors fitted professionally - even put my blinds back up and cleaned round. Definitely recommend them”

“100% recomend safestyle .. yes they may be a little more expensive but for that you get excellent quality and great service. From the friendly and non pushy sales agent ash, to the surveyor, head office and the fitters all were a pleasure to do business with.The fitters did an amazing job as we had some awkward cladding needing replacing. They stayed late making sure the job was done to an exceptional standard and tidied up after themselves”

“Safestyle replaced the windows and doors at my last home about 7years ago.I had been so pleased that when I moved to my present home last year they were my first choice when I needed to replace some very old windows. Yesterday Safestyle returned to put in new french doors for me. Again the service was as good as I had come to expect and the fitters were lovely as are the doors. My thanks to everyone involved.”

“Friendly and helpful from quote to fitting. Kept updated constantly about times etc. Price was less than I expected and 2 years interest free a bonus. Fitters worked in poor weather but did a fabulous job and left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed, thank you safestyle.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Came out to fit a new front door and 3 dormer windows. One of the windows had a broken hinge when they installed it - "Someone will be out next week to fix it" A second dormer broke the following day and wouldn't close. As for the front door, without asking they hacked off part of our skirting board and cut off part of the new doors plastic frame. They didn't measure it but filled in the bit they cut too short with a massive blob of silicone. Then they siliconed the bottom of the door frame to our door mat! The engineer came out the following week to fix the 3 problems, but was only allocated a 30min time slot. He fixed one window and then left and said he would be back in a MONTH to do the other two issues. The one he "fixed" broke again the following day. We then got a call to say the appointment to fix them in a month has been postponed a further week. We'll see if they ever come back and actually put it right. Really expected better from a big national company.”

“Poor customer service and after care. One of the hinges snapped on the door, 1 year after the installation! Unfortunately it was during the corona virus so no one could come and fix it (which i understand) because everything was shut, even emergency repair team, said it's not an emergency. I had no choice and replace the hinges myself, otherwise we could not use the door at all. I called today Safe Style to ask for help, only to adjust the door and I've been told that, i broke the warranty terms and i should of call them earlier. I tried to explain that i have tried to contact them a month ago, but quite arrogant lady, kind of told me off. Well, definitely i'm not going to use them again. Not great quality product, even worst customer service.”
