“Friendly and helpful from quote to fitting. Kept updated constantly about times etc. Price was less than I expected and 2 years interest free a bonus. Fitters worked in poor weather but did a fabulous job and left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed, thank you safestyle.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Came out to fit a new front door and 3 dormer windows. One of the windows had a broken hinge when they installed it - "Someone will be out next week to fix it" A second dormer broke the following day and wouldn't close. As for the front door, without asking they hacked off part of our skirting board and cut off part of the new doors plastic frame. They didn't measure it but filled in the bit they cut too short with a massive blob of silicone. Then they siliconed the bottom of the door frame to our door mat! The engineer came out the following week to fix the 3 problems, but was only allocated a 30min time slot. He fixed one window and then left and said he would be back in a MONTH to do the other two issues. The one he "fixed" broke again the following day. We then got a call to say the appointment to fix them in a month has been postponed a further week. We'll see if they ever come back and actually put it right. Really expected better from a big national company.”

“Poor customer service and after care. One of the hinges snapped on the door, 1 year after the installation! Unfortunately it was during the corona virus so no one could come and fix it (which i understand) because everything was shut, even emergency repair team, said it's not an emergency. I had no choice and replace the hinges myself, otherwise we could not use the door at all. I called today Safe Style to ask for help, only to adjust the door and I've been told that, i broke the warranty terms and i should of call them earlier. I tried to explain that i have tried to contact them a month ago, but quite arrogant lady, kind of told me off. Well, definitely i'm not going to use them again. Not great quality product, even worst customer service.”

“Complete windows and doors replacement on a 3-bed, 100 year old house. Safestyle provided us with high quality products throughout. The specifications and design were exactly what we were expecting and in particular, we loved the style and colour of our front door when it arrived - looked better than the photos in the magazine! The on-site staff were friendly and polite throughout the installation, and the office staff (via telephone) were quick to answer, helpful and proactive. New windows and doors is an expensive business, and for that reason it’s imperative to go with a company that is trustworthy and good value for money. Safestyle came highly recommended to us by a neighbour, after we had tried and been let down by other companies. They came to our aid, proving to be far more knowledgeable and professional, giving us the peace of mind that we were in safe hands. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Safestyle to anyone seeking this kind of work; they are knowledgeable, provide good quality products with good value for money.”

“I have just made an enquiry re windows for a house I rent out, I have previously purchased windows for 3 houses from safestyle with no problems and good service. The salesman today called me regarding my enquire, his attitude and service was appalling to say the least, one full house of windows not going to safestyle”

“The customer service had been brilliant throughout the process, from selection to commissioning to post installation. They had been in contact throughout specially when the lock down was announced, they took our concern aboard but also were happy to move the dates ahead if we were not comfortable with the installation. They kept in touch and gave us regular updates. Later we were given a date based on our preference for installation and the doors were installed professionally. The fitters wore adequate ppe and maintained their distance. However, during installation our input was very limited as their pre install team had done a survey and had discussed all the issuea and concerns in detail. They also installed a cat flap for us. The only issue we have had that the installers could have cleaned the area a bit more, saying that it was only minor and only required 10min of our time, second thing that there was only one key given for the barn door window bay whilst others were given in 3. However when pointed to them they are going to issue us another 3 keys. Other then the above minor things we are quite satisfied with their work. They are cheaper then others but quality is very good. This was the second time they had undertaken work for me. I am sure there will be a 3rd time. THANKS SAFESTYLE”

“Great from the offest, the sales man was really helpful and very friendly. We had a delay with our door due to corona virus however i can't fault the communication we were kept informed and regularly updated throughout. The door was fitted quickly and we have had no trouble since. Would really recommend safestyle.”

“I ordered new door and widows, they arrived on the day promised and all the work was done in one day. The work was first class with no mess. The windows and fittings are excellent and the house looks much better . Got to say 10 out of 10, well pleased”

“A very nice and polite safestyle engineer arrived at my house at 8.00am to start the fitting of my new door. He was very smiley and polite who kept me informed of what he was doing. 1 1/2 hours later I had a brand new double glazed door perfectly fitted and all minor damages whilst being fitted completely repaired. He tidied up, went through the paperwork and was gone. A very happy customer - thank you Safestyle.”

“Possibly the worse fitting and customer service experience Possibly the worse customer service and quality of work we have EVER came across. We had our doors fitted several weeks ago, they were unable to finish it of on the day due to missing trim. Not a problem, it was going to be fixed the next day. It has now been over 3 week, nobody came, customer service team did not take our complaint seriously, we were promised a call back several times and nobody called once. Our door is still being left unfinished. Not sure if we can show pictures here but it looks horrible and the door frame installed has also been left damaged. We would never recommend them to anybody who values good quality work and comprehensive after care service team. Please avoid or only agree to pay once you're fully satisfied. So far, they took all the money for a job that's not finished at all. Reported to trading standards. Hope this helps, Daniel”

“We had a door fitted with safe style and decided to go with them again to fit our windows. Safe styles were fantastic from start to finish! A surveyor helped us pick the best windows for us and ensured we were getting value for money. As we had it done during COVID-19 they ensured they risk assessed before and maintained high levels of cleanliness throughout the process. They called ahead to say when they would arrive and were true to their timings! They have fitted us fabulous new windows and we are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you safe style”

“We have had all new windows and doors, we are pleased with the quality and the fitters were great however the post install support is awful. Scaffolding still has not been removed and we tried to get help from the customer helpline, customer services and post installation teams with no avail. We then contacted the sales person who visited us and he was very rude and dismissive once he found out we have already paid. A real shame as we wanted a conservatory to match but will have to go else where.”

“Ordered new door , came to fit on the day they gave us. The door looks really classy and the fitter we had was Mick years of experience and you could tell by the quality of his work. Will definitely use them again when we want new patio doors”
