“First class service from start to finish. Guys turned up on time to fit my windows. Worked right through to completion 5 hrs later. Excellent quality of work from removal of my old windows to the fitting of the new ones. Cleaned up after themselves aswell. Will recommend them to friends and use them again myself.”

“My back door was fitted two weeks from ordering and included a Petsafe cat flap at no extra charge. Fitter was polite and competent. Could not have asked for better service”

“Overall safestyle where fantastic. Turned up a day early which we couldn't do so they rescheduled for the day after. They then installed the correct door with incorrect handle and immediately rectified this. I was slightly worried because of the negative reviews,However we had a very good experience and would 100%usr them again.”

“Safestyle provided a professional service from start to finish. We knew the design and quantity of the products required.The consolation visit was through and informative delivered in a friendly knowledgeable fashion without using any pressure tactics. The order once placed was delivered in a short timeframe especially considering the products had to be made to measure. The fitters arrived on time as arranged and installed our window and sliding doors having due regard and attention to our personal effects and furnishings. There was no mess or damage and the friendly team left the premises in a clean and tidy manner having done their job to our complete satisfaction.”

“Simple process and the salesman didn't overstay his welcome. Two windows fitted at a reasonable price, fitters arrived on time and tidied up after themselves so have no complaints. Will use again if needed.”

“We had ordered a composite door with the sales rep. He was well versed with all the products and we never felt under any pressure. A few days later the surveyor came and measured up, again he was very informative. Delivery and installation of the door was ahead of the original quoted delivery date and on the day the installation team did a good job. Well pleased!”

“Good experience in general, the installation was quick and the waiting time not too long as well. The installers came in the morning and started their work such that just past 2pm they were done with it. All done neatly and quick. However, the first representative, we didn't like the way we kind of were forced into the contract. Fortunately the second one we spoke to honoured the deal we had with previous one and was much nicer. The second surprise came with the installation booking, because the surveyor said we need to have a scaffolding, which is actually fine, but the surprise came when we had to pay for it, where we were assured (by the representative) that there will be no additional costs for the installation... All in all please work on your sale practices and it will be 5 stars service.”

“As previous Safestyle customers within the last two years, we were looking to replace bedroom double glazed windows which were at least 30 years old and had deteriorating seals. We had two objectives to replace with as similar as possible to our existing windows and to improve sound insulation as we live on an increasingly busy main road. The salesperson discussed our options fully with us and we chose to have laminated glazed windows to reduce road noise and improve heat insulation. A great installation crew turned up on time as promised and completed the job cleanly and efficiently. Everything about the window operation was explained upon completion of the work. The new windows met our original expectations and we are very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Safestyle to anyone planning to replace windows and doors. The whole job from start to finish, including the initial enquiry to the sales rep and surveyor was excellent and we consider to have received good value for money.”
