“Had one of safestyle sales reps call yesterday to quote for a French door. Started off okay, but ended up with a potentially illegal sales pitch and a one time offer for sign up there and then that could not be written down. Was also clearly told that the price match guarantee was only valid against national companies and not local equivalents. When I queried this and showed the sales rep the actual advert, he started to back track. Very poor show from a company that is supposed to be reputable. Guys this is 2019 and not 1980!!!”

“Friendly not pushy salesman, they were my 1st quote and I couldn't sign up then and there but they were the cheapest of 4 quotes and the salesman returned and less than a month later I had a new front door! Fitter was polite and courteous, job done quickly and to a high standard, no mess.”

“Had our bay windows and a new front door from Safestyle as the offer was better than the other quotes we got. The fitting was quick (1 day) and professional with no mess. The only thing they forgot was to leave the window keys which customer services have assured me will be posted to me.”

“We decided to get our bay windows and a new door from Safestyle and so far so good, the price and interest free offer were better than the other quotes that we'd received. Three fitters turned up on the day and cracked straight on with job managing to complete all the work in one day. I'm happy with the standard of the work done and they cleared up leaving no mess. The only thing they forgot was to hand over the keys for the windows which I have been promised in the post.”

“Very very helpful company. The staff are always really pleasant and can't do enough for you. The window installers did an excellent job, attention to detail was second to mine and am thrilled with the end result. It will certainly be a warm and happy Christmas!!”

“The gentleman who came to help us pick our new front door & patio doors was friendly, didn’t push for things we didn’t want, and took time to explain everything to us. The gentleman who came to fit our doors was exceptional, he didn’t rush, offered to show what he was doing and why, and right down to the finishing touches of the fitting it looks amazing!”

“From the moment the 3rd party fotrers came there was problems and still 4 years on my oap parents have gaps , wrong windows and 2500 grand front door hanging off its hinges . Oh and made her have a mental health breakdown which she was sectioned for 5 months over xmas too . Makes me angry writing this STAY AWAY FROM THE COWBOYS”

“I have always had good service with Safestyle but on this occasion ( 3rd time using), I had the pleasure a Robert who's work ethics was excellent. He was polite and efficient and clean and tidy with his job. His explanation of my door and a problem window I have prompted me to get them in again for another purchase.”

“New composite door fitted recently and the process from the sales to fitting was excellent. The whole process took around 3 weeks. The door itself is finished to a very high standard and draft free. We had slight concerns about the locking mechanism with no longer having a handle, but soon realised there was nothing to be concerned about. I think the pricing is also very competitive in the current market and would recommend to others.”
