“My experience with Safestyle went very smooth. I couldn't be happier with my new door, from the quote stage, the price I got i managed to negotiate a few pounds off, survey went perfect then instalation date quickly came around and the installer was on time and very profesional, he used carpet covers to protect my floor and was smooth with the instalation, as in no damage to my home or any dents or scratches to new doors. Altogether I couldn't be happier with my new doors and I would most definitely use Safestyle in future for any door or window change. (Yes its a bit dearer than your local window fitter but as a wise man said once: ''I am too poor to afford to buy the cheapest'')”

“Price Good, delivered by installers, had to wait a while due to covid,and getting back to work, but not an issue. Jo and Callum were our installers. Very friendly and done a great job. One small problem that a trim came unstuck but customer care are sending someone to fix it straight away. Excellent service and would recommend.”

“15 days since tried to install the wrong and faulty door and im still chasing for someone to call me to resolve my issue. 0/5 stars customer number 1399708. really bad customer care etc.. do not use”

“We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and doors. Top quality products and look amazing. The installation team arrived promptly and were professional throughout; they indulged my children’s burning questions politely and left everywhere clean. Great communication through our purchase process and will definitely buy from Safestyle again.”

“We were pleased with the quote for replacing the back door with French doors, and the ease of making finance arrangements. The initial virtual consultation was easy and efficient, and the follow up visit to confirm measurements was arranged quickly. The fitter arrived promptly and was friendly and able to answer all our questions. He worked quickly and there was very little disruption. He cleaned up and left the kitchen tidy. Overall a good fitting experience”

“2 Fitters arrived at 8.30am, so great start. They were friendly, but cracked on with the job, as we were lucky with the weather. No long lunch breaks for these 2! All work completed in the day and every scrap of debris taken away. Good job, well done_ thank you SafeStyle!”

“In a time of difficulty,with Covid,Safestyle dealt with us very professionally from the first contact to the telephone call asking if everything went well with the installation,the quality of the door & workmanship was first class,& a company we will use later for replacing some windows.”

“Day of installation nobody turned up.2weeks later fitter installed 2 doors absolutely terrible workmanship, door not shut properly trims badly fitted. Drilled down through sill and through damp course which is bad practice. Extra holes in side frames and damage to frame.on two occasions since repair man suppose to come no show.shocking way to run a business”

“Fitter arrived early and was prepped ready to go before 8am, our covers over the floor and cleaned up inside and out before he left. Great service. Little bit of excess glue round one window panel and letterbox bit that will come off.”

“I am over the moon with my new composite front door and glass panel. It looks very classy with the patterned glass. The quality is exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend Safe Style to my friends and family. They were so helpful and obliging. The fitter arrived on the time stated. He put rubber matting down in the hall and on the driveway for protection. He removed the unwanted frame and door, cleared and cleaned up after the job was finished. Absolute brilliant service. Thank you.”

“Installer arrived at correct date and time. Install carried out to a high standard. Very clean , and all debris removed from site. It was a pleasure to deal with a caring company. I would definitely recommend Safestyle to friends and family. Kind regards. Ernie Pocock”

“Excellent quality products, service very good. Had a few issues on bay window due to the diy job done by previous owner but sorted out. Instalation quality spot on. Invest your money in windows and doors wisely. Went to Safestyle baded on Which review glad I did.”
