“Salesman was ok, surveyor was ok, fitting ok (albeit one workman was a clever so and so) but I was left with mess to clear up as "we don't carry a vacuum with us" and their work sheeting ripped and left mess all down my stairs! One of my handles was broken when it was unpacked, so a date was arranged for a reorder and fitting. Sadly no one turned up to fix things. By this time one of my new windows was failing to close properly and another was leaking slighty, so a call to customer services was made. After being in a queue for 45mins and being transferred to the tech department a new date was arranged. Yet again a no show!! I was assured that someone did indeed arrive and got no reply at the door - both myself and husband were home all day and no chance of missing the door bell. Third time lucky and a month after initial fitting a workman did eventually turn up and all my problems are cured. On the plus side I have a direct phone number and I am on first names with a gentleman in the tech department. This will save having to sit in a queue via customer services. I shall be needing a couple of doors soon - will I be using Safestyle?? - quite honestly I'm really not sure at this point. With all this said, I do like the style, colour and look of my new windows and they are receiving nice comments from the neighbours.”

“Satisfied from start to finish gentleman that came out first couldn't have wished for better really helpful and friendly wish i could remember his name gentleman that fitted the door again very friendly all round so happy love my new door looking at some windows next will definitely use you again one happy customer 😁”

“We recently used safestyle to advise, supply and fit a new front door. They supplied on time a beautiful door, removed the existing, and fitted our new lovely door without any mess, fuss, or bother. All finished in three hours. What a good job it was, and very well done Safestyle.”

“John helped us choose the windows and door, according to price and quality. The fitters arrived promptly on the day, erected scaffolding and fitted our new windows. They took all the old windows away and left the house clean. We’re delighted with our smart-looking, new windows and the house is so much warmer. I’d be confidently able to recommend Safestyle. “Safestyle this was second job done by them as last time very informative and honest advised of price and options of payment including interest free loans at affordable price advised of window options and the next steps surveyor booked in very quickly again very professional advised of extra job needed to make safe was quoted a price for the extra work via email and confirmed by phone advised of fitting date installation day arrived early very quick professional at all times polite and courteous told how the windows open close lock etc.. Cleaned and tidied before leaving made sure happy with job.. Very good highly recommend well done”

“When the deadlock on our old door fell, locking us out of our house, which ended with a locksmith drilling the lock we had no choice but to buy a new front door. This was not a cost we expected or something we had considered. After internet searching I made an enquiry on the safestyle website about cost and within minutes we had a call and an appointment booked for that afternoon. The “salesman” was professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He could have pushed us into buying a much more expensive door but DIDN’T. He sympathised with our situation and offered a sizeable discount. Two days later a surveyor came and accurately measure. 10 days later a bespoke door was fitted. The fitter explained his work throughout and left area tidy, including taking the old door for recycling. With clear communication throughout, a reasonable price, a suitable product, quick timescale, recycling and ease of payment I would not hesitate to recommend or use safestyle again!”
