I have always been skeptical because it took too long to verify me. I just wanted to make additional money, to support myself and family I have no good knowledge about everything, this I told the support representative that spoke with me. They took all my money away and I lost everything they lack any integrity. I was lucky to have come across Rose Hoover, when I communicated with Rose Hoover of my predicament and to my surprise they retrieved my earnings from these scammers. Just an update after having my windows installed in 2020 and the installer damaged my leather sofa and me putting in a complaint including on this website and having people respond on here and via email. My sofa was never repaired and it's still a shock to me that I paid you close to £9000 and you couldn't have the decency to repair damage your worker made to my property

After a couple of years colour faded. All corners joints are now a different shade. Handles badly pitted. Plus they are now bust.

***THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY*** Paid deposit for a door in January. Months later somebody else comes to measure it and then more waiting. Constantly chasing them for an installation date. Installation date comes and goes. Still not heard anything. Constantly ringing them and never getting a straight answer always ends with they will get another department to ring me back (which they never do) Wish I didn’t bother.

Agent come to evaluate and make quote on 12th of April. Today is 25th of April. Agent does not reply to messages, or calls after. Company keeps replying "we will get in touch in 48h" If giving a quote for 5200 square feet house is a chore for this company, what would be with fulfilling the order...

Just had someone come out for a quote on french doors, he was miserable soon as I opened the door he then was making excuses why it can't be done, about a gas pipe, I said I will get it moved and put a blocker on it then he come up with more excuses than went back to the gas pipe so I told him not to bother then he left with out saying goodbye just a complete waste of my time. I wouldn't waste your time with this company rude and obnoxious.

Just signed a contract at the begging of February for a front door. Worst decision ever! They are lying their custormers trying to minimise the time of the presses but that’s a lie. I’ve been told by Steve (the guy coming to offer the quote) that my survey will be in around 10days after signing, now 1 month later they called to booked the survey in another month time (2 months after the contract just for survey) … not to say that after the survey will need to wait another 8 to 16 weeks for the door to be fitted. Disappointing!! Not trusting them anymore. Will update when next steps will be done..

Arrived to give a quote on new door. Clearly did not want the job or willing to think around it. Took it for granted we wanted the same as before. Errr no. And they say they only do straight mass production. Trying asking the question of the customer first. I had this with them before and compromised. But now not any more. Plenty of good companies out there who CAN do it and when we find one they will have other business from us. Decent job but same issue.

Avoid at all costs. Everything done by them needed fixing. And now they have gone out of business you can not get anything fixed as the warranty is useless. They just tell you to speak to your bank. Fitted May’23. Still an issue jan’24! I’ve now noticed they have done this before and will probably do it again! So avoid. Complete cowboy scam🤬

Had a new back door fitted last August now it's winter there is a terrible draft coming from it even when it's locked you can still feel it We never had a draft from our old door which was 15yrs old

We had our door installed on the 31st July, the lock broke a week later. A engineer came and put through the window after taking a crowbar to it and damaging the door. Safe style assured us the door would be replaced but would have to wait 6 weeks for another door to be made. The door has still not been replaced, we were then contacted again and told another 4 weeks to now another 4 weeks. Due date now 17th November. The door was not and is still not secured so anyone can get into our house which our house insurance would be void if anything was to happen. Safe style just keep saying sorry and that's it. We cannot get to speak to any managers as all we get is "there is nobody available" Being a manager myself I find this hard to believe, you make yourself available for your customers. Poor service from what was a faulty lock from a Safestyle product. I would advise anyone considering Safestyle to go for a private company as I truly believe the situation would of been resolved by now and not having to wait 4 months after installation.

We were promised a high standard of professionalism. Scaffolders turned up a day late and placed the scaffolding within centimetres of the conservatory door, essentially blocking a fire escape. They left debris from the work all over the conservatory roof, guttering and patio. Ladders were used to gain access to the garage roof where the guttering was damaged. Safestyle were contacted but refused liability as we had 14 days to report any issues. Scaffolding came down on the 11th October, Safestyle were contacted 23rd October and according to them that’s outside 24 days. Cannot recommend this company in any way shape of form

Absolutely shockingly awful experience DO NOT GO WITH SAFETSTYLE UK. We used them to replaced uPVC windows in our property in north London, I can not begin to explain how stressful it has been. They visited our property June 2023 and sold us on a tight turn around and low price and good product. We signed on the deal and paid deposit. They sent a surveyor out quickly as agreed, after this visit it descended into chaos. We did not receive a clear report from the surveyor and we were unable to understand from anyone at Safestyle what was going on for 3 months. They avoided our calls, emails, letters sent by hand to CEO etc, we even tried to contact personnel at Safestyle via linked desperately begging anyone to help us. Finally someone had the courage to contact us and admitted they had messed up our order and under-priced the job by £4,000!!! which was almost a third on top of the original price we had signed on with them. We could have pulled out at this point and started from scratch with other company, we should have!!!! We managed to negotiate this £4k needed down somewhat and with the promise they would install the windows for us in the next two weeks, we believed it was still the only option we had as the delay to our build at this stage was causing a huge amount of other issues. To start from scratch with a new company, the timelines were difficult to face. The installer eventually came to site after some more delays and was APPAULING, they turned up two hours late complaining about traffic and told our builders before they even got close to the property the scaffolding was not in the correct place and within 10 minutes was back in his car saying he wasn't doing the job, even though we had shown photos of the scaffolding to Safestyle in advance and had our builder call Safestyle directly and discuss with them to make sure everyone was in agreement in advance of the installation visit that the site was ready for installation. We were forced to pay another £2500 to move the scaffolding, after talking to multiple people at Safestyle they told us this was our only option. When the next installer arrived on site it was a different friendly person from the 1st thankfully, BUT he said that if he had been the original person to arrive on site two weeks prior he would not have needed to move the scaffolding, which was heart-breaking as it had delayed us by another two weeks and cost us yet another £2500 as two weeks prior we were told we HAD to move the scaffolding. The financial ruin we are now in thanks to Safestyle has caused us unprecedented stress. Many of the windows were damaged on arrival, so the majority were sent back so we faced yet more delays. We now have the windows installed thankfully (its now mid October so around 4 months late), but they are really not a great product at all and installation wasn't up to scratch, gaps and filler shown, they look unfinished. We will live with this though as at least we have windows. The additional costs we faced, delays and appalling customer service, its been unbelievably stressful, this is an AWFUL company that should be shut down. I will be doing all I can to inform potential customers to save the pain we went through. Reviews/watchdog/panorama I will be reporting where I can. Safestyle - I see you for what you are and you should be ashamed.

I reported that representative Mr. Benet is disturbing me and my family 4-5 times in 6 months and just now just another representative came in (around 6pm) while you promised me that the branch in Flintshire or Denbighshire whatever he's are will be informed and my house is on the list not to be distributed. If I wish to buy a door I will buy it but it want be your company!!!

I had someone come around to give me a quote. They then start giving me a ‘best price for the day’ and if I didn’t commit I couldn’t get it for that price. Pushy tactics, horrible sales people. After this when I said I only wanted one window done they gave me a price of 750 as this is the minimum order only to harass me over the next few days to try and commit. I’m talking over 20 calls in 2 days. PLEASE AVOID!

I'm actually unsure where to begin but this company is absolutely awful, from the moment someone came over to give us a quote on all windows and doors and trying to trick us into verifying an email which would of had us agree a a contract with them to go ahead with the sale, which we queried as we hadn't agreed to anything at this point, to the salesman telling us he isn't here for a 'quote' his hear for the 'business' we explained we needed a quote first like any normal person would but he was very pushy and began to be very rude in his mannerism, previous to this we asked a couple of questions about the different locks he had shown us to which he said 'read the book' & didn't help any further, once he left both my partner and i were pretty gobsmacked, the next day we were called back by the manager who was also rude when we declined the quoted offer, and hung up, we have since had calls from various people from the company who then also change their attitude when you say No Thank you, we explained to one person the bad experience we had and he also had a bad attitude, there customer service is absolutely shocking, yet they still continue to ring on a weekly basis, and like to hang up on you when u explain your no longer interested This company doesn't like being told no, trying to trick us into the sale was also a big red flag along with the rudeness so anyone considering using these please beware.

ver the period of an hour they managed to drop the price by £11,000 and drop it a further £1000 two days later. The advice we were given about replacing a door was incorrect and we were stereotyped very quickly. They will also not leave you alone after you have said no thanks. We also have close friends who have been waiting 12 months for repairs that were needed after installation. Do not let yourself be fooled by the adverts.
