“Very prompt and easy to use. Has put my mind at ease and taken a weight off my shoulders as I am 76 years old and had been putting this off for many years and still hope my family does not have to read this for many years to come. “Simple and easy process, however there isn't any where to write notes or extra information. I was charged twice and contacted the staff via chat and the refund was processed immediately. Exceptional Customer Service thus far.”

“I had this on my list of things to do for too long. The process was straight forward and when I had a question I got support immediately. I decided to make a change after it was approved and a new copy was provided in less than 24 hours. As they partnered with a charity I support I was provided with a coupon to save me a bit on the cost of the will. I had planned to include the charity as a beneficiary and this motivated me to stop postponing something so important in life. Highly recommended.”

“My husband and I have been talking for ages about finally having our Wills made. It's something we've been putting off for ages. I'm a member of a few financial groups and Safewill came recommended by a few people. I liked that I was able to play around with the website and actually work on the Will before having to pay any money. I was even able to ask questions through the live chat to clarify things before I had to pay. Once I was happy with how everything was set up, I went ahead and paid the fee and it took about 1-2 days to get my will back. Now I feel good that I have peace of mind, and a year to make changes in case I remember something I've forgotten.”
