“I came across this company from reading an article about the new companies to watch in 2025. It so happened I needed a new will, so I went through the online process of reading my needs to complete a will. The site spelled out the process and I found 98% of what I was looking for. For the other 2%, I booked a free online call with an in-house lawyer. I am now at 99% and happy with the advice and the will. 1% left for the unknown. Highly recommended.”

“Having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer my will has been weighing on my mind as not right, I was able to redo a totally new will from my ipad in about 20 mins and the followup emails and an eventual fix as I had some names not quite right was so simple, will be recommending to family and friends”

“Amazing service of Safewilllegal It is my great pleasure to write testimonial on the fantastic service I received from this company. I needed to find some legal company to do the following tasks: submit probate application and when granted transmit the inherited properties to my name and to prepare my own will. I searched the internet and found Safewilllegal. The large number of customers favourable reviews convinced me to give these tasks to this company. How lucky I was. I contacted the company and arranged an appointment. I brought the almost 30 years old will and explained the circumstances of its origin. The lawyer consulted the principal lawyer to assess what supporting documents I need to provide to satisfy Probate requirements. The two lawyers instruction was absolutely crucial for creating an adequate probate application. I am very grateful that the two professionals analysed this matter and gave by guidance. I provided the supporting documents and the lawyers prepared draft probate application. I read the draft and I was impressed by meticulous attention to important facts. The efforts of the layers resulted in granting probate. The lawyer is now working on the transmission of properties to my name and prepared a draft of my will for review. “The whole process was easy to understand, and the team at Safewill were on hand to assist with any queries about anything. You can't break the process or system, because if you make a mistake and then submit any form, Safewill gets back to you within a day with the highlighted part of the Will you are writing and suggestions as to how yo fix it. I feel totally confident that my Will is now correct and fair.”

“I had my will done by a solicitor and the fee was $490. It was by no means anywhere as detailed and thorough safewill. I am extremely satisfied with the service and final outcome of my will and I got all this for free. I can now be rest assured that my final wishes will be followed.”
