“I was disgusted that Saga Insurance quoted a far lower premium via a comparison website than the renewal notice on my existing policy. Customer loyalty is worth nothing and my trust in Saga Insurance, for the future, is completely destroyed.”

“I was quoted a price for my car insurance, I was happy with it, then they called me and upped the price another 80 pounds, once I had bought it! very unprofessional of them, regardless of their price in future I shall never take out any insurance with Saga again.”
