Would not recommend this company Had an accident over two weeks ago no communication, bit of do it your self no courtesy car will be over two weeks with out a car, Very Poor Service

"Despite no claims no changes and several policies Saga increased my premium by 42% \r\nWhen I called to query this and ask the reason they refused to give one. After a formal complaint I was told this was an actuarial matter and could not be explained. I have a quote elsewhere for same as last year "

"When I looked at my online paperwork at saga after buying my insurance through go compare it said I bought my car in 2020, I had actually just bought my car in 2023, when I told saga of this error they charged me another \u00a3270+ on top of my original quote, apparently the underwriters said this extortionate rate was for the so called error, disappointed to say the least."

"Saga insurance is a quality company and I would recommend. Never had to claim on my insurance because I don\u2019t do many miles these days.my wife and me only go shopping \ud83d\uded2 or once a year go on holiday in this country. So I\u2019ve decided to take the saga insurance because they promised it wouldn\u2019t go up in price for 3 years which you can\u2019t say fairly than that."

"I have been happy with the dervice Saga provide. Whn somebody hit my car when it was parked the dervice I got was 5star. I was provided with an automatic replacement promptly and they handled all the repairs"

"I rang them up to change car details which took 2hrs to get through to as I was picking up a new car from dealership as I needed proof of insurance on a Monday morning, details weren\u2019t sent rang back on Tuesday morning which took over an hour and explained the problem, which I was told policy would b emailed to me within 5min, which it wasn\u2019t m, had to ring back Wednesday morning and explain again which then the policy was send to me, very poor service "

I waited 27 minutes for the phone to be answered. When it was finally answered I had to get my Husband (who is partially Deaf) to confirm it was ok for me to answer questions to get a Motorhome Quote. When I got back on the phone the operator said he hadn't completed the Data Protection Information so couldn't take me any further until he had spoken to my Husband again. It was extremely annoying as he was working up a Ladder. I had also got quotes from 3 other companies for a New Quote & not one of them had needed to speak to my Husband. 🤷‍♀️ I had tried to get a Quote on the Internet before phoning but couldn't get passed a certain question so it said I had to phone. Extremely Frustrated at waiting so long, unable to proceed on the Internet put the phone down. Extremely Annoyed at this moment in time 😡

"As per normal as soon as the insurance is up for renewal the price has gone up .\r\nAs all insurance are going to there cover up by 20% .\r\nAnd if you have a protective no claims that's what it should mean.\r\nNot start saying it's only covers part of your no claims.\r\nJust another way of trying to put profit before customer service."

"Helpful when you report a claim, but different teams manage claim. We had four different companies visit us to make repairs on a water damage. Nearly 4 months on, still not fin, but will be soon."

Just come back from a river cruise, Roman vineyards of the Rhine and Moselle. We had a wonderful time, The Saga team were wonderful Charlie,Loraine,Bernie and Martin they kept us entertained and informed, and did a great job given that they had a very difficult group to deal with. Lovely ship, great food and good entainment and company,what more could you want ? Just one thing I could not understand why did we have to pay for rossa wine when the White and Red were included in the all inclusive? Shirley & Ron Davis 21st June to 1st July
