“So far have been ease to deal with when I changed car. I have not had to claim on the insurance so can not comment on there claims procedure”

“October 2021 ---I recently applied to ren-ew my insurance policy through Saga Spoke to a very friendly, polite helpful agent ( David from the Hastings area ) Nothing too much trouble to answer---very clearly explained and easy to understand . So nice to speak to someone who offers reassurance and support --without it seeming too much trouble . We have been with Saga 4 years --for two cars and Home Insurance , and we will be staying with them for the future . Keep up the standards Saga”
