“Couldn't thank them enough for helping me with my no fault claim, they kept me informed all the time, as soon as I told them I hadn't heard from the 3rd party insurance they took over, taking the stress out of claiming the other party. I would give Saga 5 stars all round”

“having had an accident my car was taken away on the back of a lorry, this was a friday morning. the car was assesed on the following monday and was a write off. a very good offer was made the same day. the money was in my account by wednesday the same week.”

“I had two policy’s with them and when one of the policy’s had to be cancelled they were very professional and did not charge a cancellation charge like many do. A very very professional company. Both staff and products.”

“I had storm damage with roof slates and water damage to the interior. Very efficient call handler, next morning insurance assessor, afternoon phone permission. From my initial phone call to completion of my claim 2 days. Very efficient.”
