“We tried to add our 25 year old, schoolteacher daughter to the policy. This was so that she could share the driving on a trip to England last summer. Saga wouldn’t insure her as she was “too young”. Sadly we will have to change insurer next year. Very happy otherwise.”

“Stay away, totally incompetent. They cancelled my Fathers Insurance because of an error on their side and informed Him via Post five days later, He had been driving around with no Insurance for five day..... totally despicable....”

“My wife sold her car and they charged her £50 cancellation fee so after being a loyal customer and would have renewed when she buys another car she will look elsewhere”

“Waited on phone for 15 mins. Then phone rang for ages then I was asked to do a review before I had spoken to anyone. No wonder 2 messages came saying we had to be polite to service people. I am an old lady who just wants house insurance. Not good.”
