“Terrible travelling experience with Sail in Greece. The boat called Artemis was very old, poor equipped, dirty and smelly. The water running from the siks was brown. The crew and the captain were not skilled to manage that kind of boat and to fulfill the expectations/requests we made signing the agency's contract. The boat was not fit to host kids, even though the agency knew we were in a Family trip. The manager of the agency was unreachable for several days after we start the trip and we did not have any kind of assistance. To avoid!”

We have informed you multiple times while booking that our gulet Artemis caters for young people ( teenagers) is like a hostel, but due to the low rate offered, you finally booked it. We are aware that our gulet Artemis is not for families or for guests that are looking for a premium experience, but if you guests are aware such as yourselves and finally decide to book it, we can not be accountable for it. As per your comment in regards to our company being unreachable, we have been in constant communication with your group on a daily basis, hence with all due respect, we will not accept such comment for our 24/7 available team. Thank you

“Awful experience ever. The boat (Artemis) was so dirty and without any kind of comfort, no window and A/C in the room, pieces of glass on the pavement, disgusting smell and very poor quality of food. avoid it!!”

“I would advise anyone searching for a pleasant holiday to take the Zante cruise. The private beaches were fantastic, and the surroundings were lovely. The swim breaks and the island tour with a guide were very enjoyable.”

“We enjoyed our Ionian Sea cruise with Sail in Greece. The service was great and we had everything we needed on board. The buffet breakfast was nice and we loved the lunches and dinners. The private beaches and swim stops were awesome. We also enjoyed the Paxoi guided tour. The ship was traditional and ensuite. We had free 3G Wi-Fi onboard which was great.”

“I cannot begin to express how disappointing this experience was. The boat was absolutely shocking and terribly maintained. We were sold a lie and we wouldn’t go back on that boat if we were paid. The food was shocking and low quality. We paid for four days and only saw two islands. We literally couldn’t wait to get off the boat.”
