“I've read a number of negative reviews, so would like to say something positive about the Bath store. I live in sheltered housing (my 92 year old mum also lives here in extra care). We have been allocated a weekly priority delivery slot and I have just received my second weekly delivery. Really nice delivery man, all fresh items well within date. A couple of minor substitutions that we can live with. Without the deliveries I would have to go out and shop as we have no family nearby who could help. This service doesn't just help keep mum and myself safe, but also helps safeguard everyone else who lives here. Thank you Sainsburys Bath.”

As a nurse I congratulate you on the system you had in place in policing the entrance and reminding people to keep their distance in the shop preventing potential spread as much as possible .The one person per checkout belt is a great idea which unfortunately is not something I've seen in other supermarkets but hats off to you . The flowers were a lovely gesture and much appreciated .”

“a lot of people are complaining about lack of stock and booked up online deliveries but it is clear to see it is not Salisbury fault and they are trying their hardest to make do of a bad situation, people are so selfish and do not think how hard it is for the employees.”
“Been to Sainsbury’s in Mansfield today, I was unable to find vegan wine, then I found Jordon filling shelves and asked him, he was very courteous but we could only find sweet wine, so I thanked him and went to the checkout, just as I finished he came dashing over to say he had located some bottles of dry wine, he proceeded to take me over and explained that although it’s not on the price label it is of the back of the bottles, well done Jordon your a star. Also the lady with pink hair assisting on the self serve tills was so cheerful and smiley (mind she was singing Christmas songs ) great staff.”
“Thank you Sainsbury’s for the Hi-Lo High Protein bread.....my husband has been on a keto diet for 9 months and has lost 70lbs, but we have both missed bread. And then we tried Hi-Lo.....taste is excellent, and we really enjoy it 😊”
“Had my first delivery this week. I was really pleased with quality of the fresh produce. It was a pleasant experience all round. The driver was very helpful and friendly andarrived right on time. Even my husbandwho is hard to please admitted he was impressed with the whole procedure.”
