Do Sainsbury's ever read any of their customer reviews or do they consider they are sent by competitors? It does appear they do not bother with them even when on their own web site there are over 1500 reviews mostly one star and appear to be genuine.
I for one cannot understand their attitude..... they must be very confident for the future or perhaps its cheaper to continually advertise they 'match German Supermarkets prices'
I would like the Head manager of the Sainsburys Head Office, to check into an employee seen at The Kenton Branch, based in Harrow, London. He is described as african origin, medium quite slim built, short hair, dark complexion, wore a security clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 55-65 years, security officer/other. I was unsure about money put into the machine no.5, at the self-service point, between 1-9 October 2021, because, of a slight memory loss. I, assume, this person had interrogated into the machine, and, took the money out. He looked very guilty. My email address is not available at the moment. Why is it that when my partner has taken our last £100 out at your machine and not received it we are having to wait 12 days for a despute?
This is absolutely disgusting and I will never use Sainsbury’s again as I always have before. We are a family with 3 children and that was all we had we have next to no food and are in emergency gas and electric because of your mess up I have had to put my baby on regular milk early as I cannot afford his formula! A week I could understand but it has been longer it is my sons birthday next week and he has nothing as we are overdrawn
£100 is a lot of money to us even if it is not so much for you. We have repeatedly called the bank and yourselves, can’t get through to Sainsbury’s at all and the bank just say we have to wait DISGUSTED THAT WE ARE HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS WITH HUNGRY CHILDREN AND A COLD HOME CHECK YOUR CCTV AND GET THIS SORTED OR AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONES how can you think that this is acceptable?

Why is Sainsbury engaging in disability discrimination by breaching the Equality Act? Why did they call a manager and security on an older woman with a terminal illness who can't wear a mask for medical reasons? Why don't they know there is no law that forces you to wear a demeaning "yellow star" to identify you as a person with a medical condition? Why do they demean and humiliate people with disabilities? Why did they delete my review?
As a person with medical conditions which make me 'clinically extremely vulnerable to Covid 19' . Why are Sainsburys unable or unwilling to give me access to priority deliveries? It is not my fault that the NHS didn't bother writing to me until the end of June 2020 telling me to 'shield'. I have spoken to two people in Customer Services, both of whom say I am not on the list. Strange that NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care do have me listed and send me frequent letters.
Re: Sainsburys 5% SO organic beef mince, sold unfrozen. The description of this product states that it is a blend of fresh and frozen beef. The information goes on to advise that this product should, if required, be frozen as soon as possible after purchase. I believe that general consensus is, NEVER refreeze foodstuff.
Could you spare a member of staff to check customers use gel at the entrance.i had been to B@Q where a man poured it in everyone’s hands on entry.. brilliant. Went to Sainsbury’s and stood and watched about one in every five use it. Most just wondered in. Don’t forget people handle fruit etc. Thank you.
Why cant a customer give their nectar points to a employees of Sainsbury's as they are the customer point's to give and a thank you for what they have done through these tuff times
Why is the Taplow store never fully stocked. Lots of empty shelves every week. Never enough semi skimmed milk, meat department worst it has ever been very poor for sainsburys reputation.

THIS LADY IS A GREAT ASSETT TO MR, SAINSBURY AND SHE DESERVES TO BE REWARDED. HER BADGE NAME IS " DENISE" AND SHE HAS DARK RED HAIR WHICH IS ALWAYS TIED BACK OFF HER FACE. Why was the café at Hayhill Oxford open on 1st and 8th March? There was no hot drinks on either day and was told there was no water. I asked how they were doing the washing up and was told that the water was dripping into the sink and this was used to wash up. This was a health danger to customers because of hygiene. My husband and I will not be going to this café again.
