Greetings from Canada! I bought a 12 month plan and enjoying the treats so far. However, would it be possible to wrap the snack box in a plastic or paper bag for hygienic purposes since the box is being manhandled at different ports? Also, because the shipping and customs labels are stuck right on the box, I was unable to share and gift it a a present. Please advise.
Why can’t I submit a review from this page? After filling out all the fields, hitting the Submit button leads to no action whatsoever. I tried in Safari and Chrome with no success.
I found that if I add a photo or video, the submit form button greys out. After refreshing the page, I can submit a review without an attached photo or video.
I received my first box of Sakura/New Year in Nigata as a very pleasant/lovely surprise last month. Today I received a second box. I'm pleasantly perplexed and curious. How did you select me? Did somebody I know recommend me as the gift recipient? To my knowledge, I did not actively subscribe. Given that these days we are discouraged mail gifts from mysterious sources due to associated dangers, I was wondering if you'd be kind enough to solve the mystery.
