They will seperate your orders and make you wait past the purchase date. They do not take into account the delivery date. Their department that fixes things does not allow for expidited service leaving you with no phone for 1 week +. They will bounce you around 4-5 times when you call about a phone issue. My issue was overheating. My boyfriends device had the same issue, and he was stuck with the phone for years. I will be finding a different product. Samsung is awful!

The most incompetent repair team. They’ve had my blue ray 10 months & lost it. They keep lying about the status. When I call in for updates they have no info.

I was attempting to make a purchase for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Samsung website so I could get my government employee discount and a discount for my Galaxy S8. Samsung has teamed up with ID.me to verify government employees by using their government email address where they send a confirmation link. I created a ID.me account using the same email address as my Samsung account, received the link and confirmed. So when I go back to Samsung site to check out, it lead me back to ID.me. I attempt to log in but it said email or Password incorrect. I know it wasn't because I used the same Password I used for other generic sites. OK so maybe I did forget the password, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it says the email address could not be found. Get this how is that when they sent a account created confirmation to the same email address. I chatted with a rep on Samsung site for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Finally I told him Good-night I've decided to buy an iPhone instead, trying to deal with ID.me literally gave me a migraine headache, I not kidding. Samsung S21 Ultra and the migraine headache I endured was not worth the price of the phone. ID.me gets your information then pretend you doesn't exist. For Samsung to team up with ID.me was a terrible ideal because they lost a customer to Apple. Why Samsung had to team up with ID.me just to offer their discounts is beyond me.

Refrigerator went out 5 months after purchase. Called repair and no repair service is available in my area. Called for a refund. Got a text that the refund was approved. 2 days later got a text that said the refund ticket had been cancelled. I called again and was told by one agent that the refund tickets are always cancelled when it moves to the next step. I called again and was told that the first request was filled out improperly by the last customer service agent. They have then set up another refund request and restarted the process. I have called 1800 Samsung, spoke with at least 10 different agents, all with conflicting stories. Have asked to speak with a supervisor. I was hung up on once, transferred to a case manager and supposedly spoke with 2 supervisors. The first supervisor said the refund was approved and would reach my bank within 2 days. After 4 days, I called again and supposedly got a 2nd supervisor. He informed me the refund ticket was approved, but that the refund department need to review the request, and It could take 14 to 21 days for the request to be approved and the money to be released by the bank. I have spoken to 10 different individuals, in multiple countries. There accents and phone reception is horrible and hard to work around. They read from a script and can or will not answer questions. Absolutely horrible customer service. As of now, I have not had a refrigerator since the beginning of May, I have been told that I can not dispose of the unit until Samsung resolves the issue, and that final resolution is still pending on my case.

Just stay away from Samsung! Here's one reason why: When our $900 dishwasher broke down – while under warranty – Samsung's local service provider sent a technician who refused service on the grounds that the dishwasher could not be moved without damage to our wooden kitchen floor. This was patently untrue as demonstrated when Home Depot, the company where we bought the dishwasher, sent an installer to check on the situation. He removed (and replaced) the appliance with no effort whatsoever and not a speck of damage to our floor. Samsung refused to even consider this. Instead, they demanded that we hire an installer to uninstall the dishwasher before their technician came and then to reinstall it when the repair was finished. That's two service calls, at a minimum of $100 per visit, to say nothing of a whole lot of lost time. Samsung's reps were remarkably rude, refused to even "consider" reimbursement for our costs until after the service was completer. Needless to say, we will never, ever buy another Samsung product.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!!!! DANGEROUS PRODUCTS AND THEY DONT CARE!!!!!!! The customer service is horrific. The people are rude and do not honor the warranty. The temperature numbers on our stove started disappearing (circled in red in the picture) within the FIRST YEAR of owning the stove. They said it was cosmetic and not covered under the warranty but how could that be since you NEED the numbers to know what temperature to cook at. Not only is this not cosmetic, it is dangerous as it can cause a fire. The products are DANGEROUS low quality!! I will never buy Samsung again!!!! A claim has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.

More than 2 weeks (without working cellphone) waiting to get repair on new, expensive, high-end cellphone, which is obviously defective! (Black screen of death) No estimated repair date provided, but cellphone had to be sent back to Samsung by UPS after 5 days in local, authorized repair shop! No loaner, no phone replacement, as with Apple. Other personal accounts have 2-step authentication which are tied to out of service cellphone, making access to all other accounts difficult, if not impossible. Emails & texts from Samsung give conflicting, confusing status. Customer service is non-existent---no one knows anything. They just apologize for your "experience."

I've had 3 Samsung phones over the course of the past 10 years. All 3 of them have swollen batteries that popped off the screen. I have never dropped them or damaged them. The cause was regular use. After the third time, I was not in a position where I could blow off a thousand dollars for a new phone so I was hoping to get it repaired for a cheaper price. Turns out that Samsung's laughably scummy design makes it so then the battery is built into the phone and can't be repaired by any third parties that would actually be able to help me. I had to go straight to a Samsung service center. Their customer support number is a joke. There are 3 ads being prattled to you after every button you press. After being redirected on the phone number 3 times and wasting an hour giving them a bunch of numbers (they even asked for my postal code for some reason) and listening to ads, the final lady I was directed to had no answer except "I don't know" or "I can't answer that because your 1 year warranty expired." I explained my experience with 3 swollen phones from their company stored in my cabinet and I was concerned that they'd catch fire or explode as swollen batteries are at risk of. At that point, the lady on the phone got extremely passive aggressive and said "I told you already that I can't help you." No apologies. No explanations or advice of what I should do with my dangerous batteries. Her only suggestion was that I call the Samsung parts company myself and I kid you not, ORDER the parts myself and repair it by hand. Samsung is a joke. I will never use their service again. I've owned a total of 3 laptops and 5 gaming systems from other companies without this issue. Yet Samsung can't even get their heads out of their ass long enough to do anything but steal your money.

After seeing all these reviews you would think Samsung would try and improve the service. Obviously not... The customer support people just read scripts and have no idea. Sorry Samsung you lost me.

READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM SAMSUNG.... Horrible horrible service. Samsung has definitely gone down hill. Still waiting on receiving a brand new dishwasher. I’m going on 5 weeks now. I’ve had 2 delivery times scheduled already. Both times the delivery crew arrive at my home the call me outside to unbox the dishwasher in front of me. Only for me to see that the dishwasher is already damage. Of course I’ve refused it both times. The logistics company they use is XPO and each time they said that they and Samsung would follow up. I don’t hear back from either side so I end up having to sit on hold for 2 hours (each incident) explaining my issues over and over until I get transferred to a CSR specialist. Mind you; I have had to take off of work twice now for a time window that is given to me the afternoon before delivery day. Can’t adjust the time window or else I’ll have to wait 2 additional days before they can deliver again. Samsung Customer Service Reps are clueless and read from a script. This seems to be how Samsung does it. I’m a big Samsung fan but only have bought from Big Box Stores. This is my first time experience ordering directly from there website. At this point, I’m waiting for a call back just so I can cancel and get a full refund. Its been 24 hrs now since I’ve made my second call to Samsung after the second damaged delivery. I’ve already went to Home Depot explained my story and they actually gave me an additional savings of $150 for the trouble I’ve had with Samsung.com along with the Memorial Day sale they had AND set me up for next day delivery and install. I ended up going with Bosch. Spent a bit more than I wanted because I wanted to avoid anything with Samsung’s name on it.

Customer service on repair of a brand new micro wave came out of box defective and getting service set up and done in timely fashion was impossible. Customer service is horrible. And they do not care!! It was bought in Dec 2020 and to date May 26 2021 it is not fixed and they do not seem to care asked to have part expedited to repair service but they would not do anything called at least 6 times and always got the run around asked to have a new one sent and they refused. Most frustrating service I have ever experienced!! Do not buy any product from Samsung!!

I contacted Samsung customer service today about a problem I have been having with the ice maker in my Samsung fridge getting plugged up. Customer service could not have been better. In short order I was told that the ice maker would be replaced and that I would be contacted by a service rep who would come to my house and replace the icemaker. The fridge is no longer under warranty. WOW!

Loved Samsung tv's but my recent experience with their customer service was unbelievable. Bought a brand new 8K tv but unfortunately there were vertical lines across the whole screen. Called in and the first time I called they had a technician come take the tv and try and fix it. They replaced what parts they had to replace on the tv but that did not fix the problem. So Samsung was required to replace the tv. So a new tv was exchanged and the first thing I did was put on a hockey game and see if there were any lines on the tv. Turns out it also had lines across the whole screen. I also checked out all my equipment here before I called the first time just to make sure the lines were not coming from an external source. So called in again and told them about the lines on the tv. They immediately said that the tv would just be exchanged again. 2 months later no call no email from Samsung. I eventually call back to try and get an update. Samsung says they canceled the exchange because they could not get ahold of me. Meanwhile no one called me or emailed me at any point. This started a barrage of me calling in to the Samsung service centre trying to get this tv either fixed, exchanged or refunded. Eventually after being constantly lied to and given the run around I thought I convinced them to look at the tv and try and at least fix it. A technician was supposed to come by and take the tv that weekend and make the necessary repairs. Of course no one came and know one called. The Tuesday after I called the repair shop to check when they would be coming to get the tv. They knew nothing of this tv or any repairs to be done. Once again I called Samsung about this. Samsung tells me the technician looked at and told them it was working fine and there would be no other repairs or exchanges. So moral of the story is DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. They take no accountability for their shitty products and will lie and sweep you under the carpet. This tv is the last Samsung product I will ever buy!

I used to be a loyal Samsung customer. At one point almost everything in my house was Samsung, Cell, Tvs, computer monitor, washer dryer, fridge, ect. Literally, everything has failed. My washer and dryer are the most recent. They are a few years old, but ironically, both failed within a month of each other. Why is everything failing? Engineered defects. Dumb unproven features that nobody wants, that when they go bad, the item is unusable. My dryer has a sensor that detects when your clothes are dry, fancy. But even on manual, it will not run for more than 10 secs before it says everything dry, all done and ends. Similar with the washer. My phones have had similar defects. Tvs too. I have many off brand alternatives that far outlast anything I have ever purchased from Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product again. Literally the least reliable products in my home and some of the most expensive.
