I bought Samsung galaxy buds less than a year ago. It comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. Also bought a 2 year warranty on top of that with Asurion. The left earbud isn't working, so I contacted Samsung so I can get it exchanged or repaired. They told me that the warranty expired on February 28, which is less than a one year warranty. But I say "ok" and contact Asurion. They tell me that it is still under warranty with Samsung, so they make me contact them. The woman I was on the phone with told me to find the serial number for the charging cradle for my ear buds. Well, Samsung used crappy paint to print the number on the case, so it rubbed off through natural use. So the woman tells me to find the receipt, I do that but she wasn't able to explain to me what I needed to do. I told her I found the receipt and I ask her what I need to do, but her directions were very unclear. Oh did I mention that before this I was on hold for over an hour. I eventually hung up the phone frustrated that Samsung is unable to help me with something very simple. They refused to believe that my ear buds were still under warranty with them, and their directions were very unclear. I am going on vacation soon, so I would have liked to have gotten mine fixed or exchanged before then, but it looks like it won't happen. Unless Samsung is able to resolve this problem they created for me, I will never buy from them again. I have never been more frustrated in my life.

Never received my free Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phone after purchasing a brand new 8k Samsung TV. Samsung validated my claim, then after 2 months I followed up only to be told it was denied without any reason! Shocking!

I bought a Samsung A20 phone a few months ago. It drops calls through bluetooth in my car. I sent it in for repair 4 weeks ago. It was returned after they checked it and had same problem. I called to send back again and was told to send it back and I should either get a new phone or a refund. I tried calling a few days after they received it to see what's happening and have been on hold for over 2 hours waiting for repair center. Would never buy another Samsung phone. Horrible customer service.

My samsung note 20 phone stopped working after their update on April 16th. This was a new phone under warranty (3 months old purchased directly from Samsung). They tried to troubleshoot over phone, then sent me to a place 40 min drive whi did nothing. Then nobody called. I called on Sunday and asked for a new phone since I'll be losing business on Monday without a phone. I spoke to every person possible, supervisors, etc. Finally got promoted overnight the phone to them and 72 hour resolution. 2 weeks later i got my phone. It works but slower. They totally don't care. Wil NEVER buy from them. EVER.

Hard work and in the phone to Samsung via the shop where I originally purchased my appliance (so a good 10 mins before reaching Samsung) spent about 15 mins trying to explain the issue (asked if I damaged the appliance by dropping it.. washing machine mind) when actual engineers rang Samsung hadn’t notarised all the defects I explained putting the repair time back incase they had to order parts.. not engineers fault.. and in general Samsung washing machine is 19 months old and in its 3rd repair.. hence my poor rating ..

We bought a double oven electric range for almost $1300 from Samsung less than 6 months ago and 2 burners have burned out and the cooktop has a crack in it. After spending the last 7 weeks calling them and hours on the phone, they stated that they will not fix it as it is deemed to have physical/cosmetic damage (strange they told me not to use it if it is just cosmetic?). It cracked when I was cooking on it, not even on high heat. I would never buy another Samsung product as they don't stand behind what they sell. They do not honor their warranty!

These people are unaware of their process gaps and expect customer to follow uo with samsung, old phone exchange partner cashify and delhivery courier services. Their emails or sms are late and give confusion. Delhivery delivery guy will lie to you and take your old phone without giving a receipt telling system will be updated by night. If you email any of these parties, their response is a stupid template with no actual solution. PATHETIC work. I have lost approx 1500rs old phone becos of them.

samsung 43" tv UN43RU7100F bought on 3/5/20 stopped working on 5/20/20 sent out repair people replaced power board / screen stopped working replaced screen power board main board/4/21/21 tv power board stopped working again /tec came out said tv can,t be repaird paid 325.11 for tv on 3/5/20 now samsung wants to pro rate the tv for 247.20 bull sh.. i want my full refund of 325.11 DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM SAMSUNG THEY WAST YOUR TIME UNTIL THE WARRANTY TO RUN OUTS AND WILL NOT REFUND ALL OF YOUR MONEY

Terrible appliances spent over 5,000 dollars and appliances are terrible. Bought extended warranty and the service was terrible, ever time I called service guy they knew what was wrong because of on going problems but Samsung would not omitted, would nevered buy Samsung again. Appliances are terrible along with tv that went out a 2 years. Spent over 2.000.00 and they replaced with 600.00 tv

I bought a tv with them and was clearly damaged in transit I did not open box till 2 months after as I wan paining my room and getting new furniture and did not want tv to get damaged so I keep in box long story short I took it out and loved the tv was nice and big slim just like I wanted well long and behold when we turned on it does not work I called them and they said in a round about way I damaged the tv which there is no damage on the out side at all but nope they are not going to replace my tv said they can do a ticket have some one come look at it and have me pay for the repairs really un believable I did not break the tv it came this way so I will never ever buy any of their products again unless they repair or replace the one that is brand new and I will throw away the working ones I do have because I can not support a company that does not stand behind their products or customers instead they want to make me feel like it is my fault and pay for repairs when it came like this shame on them

about a year I purchased a refrigerator, been calling since then to get my refrigerator door fix these people still haven't came fix my stuff just keep giving me tickets, never replacing the door! I bought a cell phone from them the next month i was having problems with it, the charger went out i called then got multiple ticket numbers no charger has been replaced yet! It just seems like they want your business and no commitment to their customers. As much as I want watch and ear buds I will never buy it from them!!!

If I could give no stars I would. We bought Samsung washer/dryer/fridge from Home Depot. Delivery was to be completed by Samsung delivery service a month ago. We paid $5000 in full and never received our products, I keep calling Samsung delivery and they keep telling me they need to reschedule, no reason why. I'm on hold for over 40 min. and three times the automated system hung up on me. I will persevere and keep trying but this is ridiculous. I will never buy Samsung again. How can you pay for a product and not receive it? it seems illegal!!!!!

Bought the new note 20 ultra 512 GB and it did on me I only had it for 6 months had Samsung care figure make a claim dud that 3 weeks was on backorder I figure something was fishy call Samsung was told they didn't make the 512gb anymore call Samsung care notified them what happen 4 more weeks to get a check so samsung u lost my business never ever again no one should be without a phone for 7 dam weeks

I will say that I have many Samsung products, (appliances, phones, tablets, etc) and most if them are working. I did have an issue with my ice maker, however they did replace it. Class action lawsuit was filed over those. The issue now is my husband got the Note 20 ultra last August. However, in the mean time I was trying to use the promotion of the $150 credit they offered if you pre-ordered a Note 20. They had the wrong email on file the whole time. Kept calling and calling all ladt year, even till now. Thing is my husband just got an email stating that they can't honor the credit no longer. Which in turn they had the wrong email. Bad customer service with not honoring it. Not a happy customer 😒

I have been using Samsung phone for years, but today I called them because I was a day late in using my $200 credit and they could not re-instate it. A lot of I'm sorry I wish I could but the system does not allow it etc etc etc. Now it will be Hello Apple.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 Tablet. The audio stopped working in about a month. Sent the devise back to Samsung under warranty for 3 times, they never fixed it and sent back to me. Called them at least 10 times, never solved the issue. One time they let me hold for an hour for the case manager and the manager told me her system can't go through and hang me up. Another time in the middle of the call they hung me up and said will call me back but never did. Another time they gave me a protection plan phone number and want me to file a claim and pay a deductible. Worse customer service experience ever. Still trying, but almost give up. Write this review and never buy Samsung again.

We renovated our kitchen and bought all Samsung kitchen appliance my husband was a Samsung guy everything in our house is Samsung until our Samsung wall oven wouldn’t work after 3 months got the run around after two weeks it was fixed after 3weeks it broke again worst customer service ever after two weeks 2 technicians came changed 2 parts and it would not work after 1 month without a wall oven they just going to give us the money we spent for the oven No compensation or exchanges. Now they told us we have to wait 20 business days for our money we cannot buy another brand cause the space was built for that oven specifically So we have be without an oven for so long and pay for Installation again when get our money an get a new oven. Samsung is the worst service provider will never buy Samsung products for the rest of my life

Worst customer care center. I tried reaching out to their customer care support for refrigerator repair. Their executive Muskan Sharma made me wait for hours misleading me and wasting my time . At the end their was still no resolution on my query. Don't believe in Samsung service ever. Better to go for other products and services.

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator. The water line dripped, so Lowes sent someone out to replace the door. However, Samsung said not to replace the door and to adjust the flow of water. After that, the water barely came out. Then Samsung said they would replace it, but Lowes said it was on sale when we bought it, and now the sale is over, so we have to pay the difference. So much for the warranty. Their customer service is awful. Next time, I WILL READ REVIEWS before I purchase. I wish I would have done that first as many of these reviews tell you right away how terrible their customer service is. Be careful when buying from Samsung! And to think, all they had to do was replace a door.
