Washing machine got louder and louder and was obviously on way to failure. Called for warranty service 11 months after purchase. Samsung service technician indicated that motor was shot and would be replaced under warranty. Scheduled multiple service calls for repair over next month and they kept cancelling because Samsung would not release parts to them. They finally scheduled the replacement for 2 days after my 1 year date of purchase with part in hand and then claimed it could not be fixed and that Samsung would replace entire machine including pick up, drop off and installation. They went through the process of telling me that it would be replaced through Lowe's as point of sale location. After several calls over the next 3 weeks they assured me that it was being replaced and then came back and said that it was now out of warranty so they would not refund or replace unit. Their mode of operation seems to be to drag it out beyond purchase date even though I asked multiple times during this drawn out process if this was their plan. So now I seem to be stuck with a broken 1 yr old machine with the choices of purchasing the same piece of junk that sits in a matched set, buy parts and fix myself or buy a different manufactures model that might fit with dryer and not match. No one should ever buy from Samsung if they value their hard earned money.

I come here in utter disgust but also a little comfort to see that i am not alone. Samsung appliances are trash and that company will burn for what they are doing, because its outright stealing. brand new fridge didnt work. got it working and it breaks down every 2 months. i invested hard earned money into this fridge and it is junk. did i mention i exported it to another country so sending it back made no financial sense. i wish i came here before i bought it.

Terrible endless loop of run around back and forth samsung care plus is a complete scam they will not honor their extended warranty on any expensive phone

My device overheated and shut off completely...I call costumer support they told me to take it to a repair center...at the repair center they couldn't do anything to fix it ..I call back to costumer support the only option they give me is to mail the phone to them for a diagnosis wich will take up to 10 days ...My situation is that I cannot be with a phone because I depend from it my business depends from it...I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SITUATION..FRUSTRATED

I have bought Samsung A50s on January 2020.use of 5months mother board not working i repaired it. again use of 4 months display not working worst product I have purchased. I have lost my money purchasing this waist mobile. I have given this massage for customer support they are not given me any reply.

Our new Samsung TV has never worked properly. Samsung has looked at it and even sent it and the soundbar to be looked at this causing Amazon to decline refunding it because Samsung held it past my 30 days!. 12, 12 customer support calls and one home service and it still sits there. Samsungs repair tech stated it looked like I was sold a refurbished TV. Google not Samsung continually avoids this. 63 years old and this is the most bizzare situation. Working for one of the three major news networks I will remove both off our vendors list and we will no longer buy from them in my specific area. BUYER BEWARE! Avoid these companies for your sanity

Hi , I have bought a Samsung M21 Mobile phone on January 18th, 2021. Today it's June 6th,2021. My display suddenly started bleeding and then I approached one of the service centers in Dubai say 1st was in Deira city centre and then in Dubai mall. They have collected the phone and next day they have informed me that this damage is not covered in warranty. then asked to pay 450 AED whereas total price of product was just 600 AED. Then I was thinking like attitude of Samsung sales staffs are like they will do everything for us but when we approach to their service center, their attitude is then just opposite like we have to do everything for them and we are like their slaves.

I would say choose other online platforms rather than samsung.com in future. After watching/reading about the good reviews of samsung 32 inch TV, I ordered it from Samsung's website, because they were giving me an additional INR around 1000/- off compared to others such as amazon, flipkart. The TV reached me and inside the box TABLE TOP STAND was missing. I called up the customer care team and this is what happened.... Day 1 They told me service engineer would visit my place and place the stand. Day 2 Nothing happened, so I emailed them, whatsapped and even called them. They do not have any coordination in between, I received a different answer from each of them. Day 3, I receive a sms with service engineers no . Call him up but he says that TABLE TOP STAND is included within the box, only the wall mount is available with them. So again I email whatsapp and call the support team, one of them made a suggestion that a service engineer will make a CSR report on missing parts by visiting my place next day, I called the service engineer to tell him this and by the tone of his voice I could make out that this guy is not coming. Day 4 no visit til date, I contact the support team and they tell me that my mobile was unreachable so there was no visit. LOL that can't be, even if that were true, I would have got a missed call sms later when my phone was in the network zone. They made a false accusation. So I give them my alternate numbers. Still no one called. So again I call and email the support staff to get the TV returned and this time they provide my the service center owners/big mans number. I call him up and finally this guy tells me that nowadays Table Top Stand upto 32 inch TV is not supplied inside the box and we need to purchase it from them ie the service center guys, we can't do it directly. This is how they cheat the customers. It would have been better if Samsung would have charged us for the stand and put that good damn thing inside the box in the first place itself. The service center boss told me that this stand is our of stock and would take another weeks time for it to reach them. He also asked for an advance if I wanted the stand. Finally, I gave up, and asked them to put whatever stand is available with them and just close the case. Day 5 service engineer calls me up, no network issue this time, LOL, and finally not to my liking the TV is stuck on my wall. I will never use samsung.com in future. I won't say samsung products are bad, because prior to this TV I had a 43 inch Samsung UHD TV which was stolen, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung's fridge and the phone on which I am typing this message on is also a Samsung phone. However I feel cheated this time, that too for a tiny thing such as a stand, and the other thing that I was dissatisfied with was no one knew the answer, no support staff knew the answer.

I bought refrigerator RF18HFENBSR at Lowes at a discount. Not clear why it was discounted, but it was advertised as in working order. After a few weeks the fridge part started getting warmer. It varies between 50 and 60 degrees. In other words, useless. I called Samsung about the warrantee. First they said it would be repaired. Then they said I would be sent a new one in up to three weeks. Then they offered me a credit because they did not have any repair service and were out of stock of this fridge. All of this took 11 days while I have no fridge. I'm getting contacted by one team via text and another one via phone and they apparently don't talk to each other. I call back and they ask me to provide info I've already provided. One person tells me they don't have access to info because it is the other person's department. Total chaos; delays. The only thing they are good at is apologizing. After a while I told them to stop apologizing because that is not a valid response. If you are sorry about something, YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. What a horrible, horrible company. I will never ever use Samsung again #neversamsung. They finally get their messaging straight and I'm offered $650 for the fridge. But this is the amount I paid Lowes, not the value of a new fridge. I explain to them that I cannot get a new fridge like this one for that amount of money, and the warrantee is in place to ensure my ongoing use of the fridge I purchased. So it is not fair to leave me stranded like this, my new fridge does not work and I have to pay $600 or so more to replace it. That is NOT the sprit of the warrantee. I also said I would be happy to take an equivalent fridge, but I was informed there was no such thing. The person talking with me was a stone wall with two messages: "We are so sorry" and "We can't do anything about it". Both claims are patently false. This company does not care about its customers and thinks that it doesn't need to be fair. I gave in and took the payment. THEN AND ONLY THEN was I informed it would take seven to fourteen days to process the refund (ACH)! Are you kidding me? Complete nonsense. So now I have to come up with a fridge without the money from the refund to help. Not to mention that I'm already 12 days into not having a working fridge due to their inefficient customer service. A final stupidity: I called a local appliance repair center and ask them to repair the fridge. However, they are not allowed to work on appliances that are under warrantee, and Samsung will not provide them with the parts for such appliances. UNBELIEVABLE! (though probably a standard practice) Why shouldn't I have the option to repair a fridge if they can't? Welcome to the wasteful and environmentally toxic practices of modern mega corporations (but I don't doubt that they are so so sorry about this). And who gets to dispose of the non-working appliance at their own time and expense? Just one more way I'm screwed by this horrible, horrible company. I owned a galaxy phone for a while and I had no complaints. I was ready to be a fan of the company. Now I'm an enemy.

If you want a Samsung product, buy from Bestbuy or Amazon. Orders from Samsung direct take forever to ship and won't be properly packaged. I ordered a Jet 90 Complete Vacuum Cleaner in mid-April, and I got my item on 6/2 -- one and a half month delivery time. Before the purchase, the website shows an estimated delivery time of 1 week, which was total BS. I got an email in early May saying that the delivery was delayed with no explanation. So I contacted the customer rep and they said the item was in their warehouse, they just needed some time to ship it out. I was super confused and couldn't understand if the item was in stock, why they needed so much time to ship it out. The customer rep agreed to expedite my shipping, but it still took 1 more month with "expedited shipping". It got worse when I finally got my item on June 2. The package was totally broken and the seal was opened. Samsung clearly didn't care. They didn't bother to find a proper box and to put on some tapes. The FedEx delivery man looked at me apologetically, but I don't blame him. It's clearly Samsung's fault!

I bought a Samsung s21 in January of 2021 and have had issues with it restarting on its own. Called and was told to go to the nearest repair center or call the insurance company that I use thru sprint. I did both. Insurance technician couldn't fix the issue, neither could the repair center over an hour away. Samsung customer care says that now I have to send it to them for up to 10 business days and no loaner offered. My t-mobile rep called as well and she was told the same thing. She asked to speak with a supervisor and not only did he not have a solution, he was very rude. After she stated how unfair my experience has been with as long as I have been a samsung customer, he said that there are more things in the world that are unfair. If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm ready to get an iPhone.

Scheduled a refrigerator freezer Icemaker repair. Technician did not show up during day scheduled. Did not call. Scheduler copped an attitude as if tech's mistake was my problem. Do not buy Samsung until they solve Icemaker problem and do not buy Samsung if they have employees like this.

We had our Samsung French Door Fridge serviced today. The fault was leaking water into the crisper and behind crisper. This has been going on for a while. Decided to look into the fault to find out it was a common fault. The fridge is out of warranty by 6 months and Samsung didn't hesitate to send a service technician out to look into the issue. George the Technician arrived promptly with a kit to fix the said problem. So polite and informative clean efficient guy. Proof of purchase required and no issue at all with warranty expired. Good prompt service Samsung.

Buyer Beware!! Samsung is now a thief, liar and a irresponsible Corporation. They refused to honor a warranty on a 5 week old TV and offered no replacement or refund even though there own service tech stated the TV was probably refurbished. On top of that, the TV was worse when he left. Samsung specifically told me to go find a repairman, at my cost! They even refused to let me speak to a case manager in RRR. Totally disgusting. Out $1600.00. This isn't the end. They didn't realize I work for one of the three major networks and I WILL expose them.

I bought a $4000 refrigerator. I wasn't ready for it when it arrived so it stayed in the box for 2 weeks. When I installed it, I noticed it had three areas where the finish was defective. I contacted samsung repeatedly and got NO help. I was told they didn't warranty the finish. Really!! Wow, why pay extra for crappy workmanship? Samsung's service sucks! The price was way outof line for a defective product. BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I would have been.

Bought a washer and Dryer set from Home Depot in Oct. 2020, washer broke 6 months later, 12 weeks ago. 8 different repair people have been and gone. Have sent all required documents and recieved a confirmation yet continue to get messages requesting further correspondence. Also most of their associates are working from home and it is very RUDE to have your kids screaming in background while your on the phone.

Do not buy their products, today they are of very poor quality and this company does not honor the guarantee of any of its products. I have many of their products (refrigerator, TV, telephones, tablets, washing machine, etc. I used to be this brand name fan until their products begun to break and the company do not honor the warranties). I got rid of the phones a couple of years ago due to software issues. I have been able to return the televisions thanks to the return policy of some stores, the refrigerator has problems with the ice maker and no matter how many people complain, they do not change the ice maker, nor do they repair it and they do not stop putting that problematic ice maker in the new equipment’s (if you make some research the company has been sued for the ice maker they put on the refrigerators), they don't care about customers once they have bought their products. If their products were good, you wouldn't have to worry about good customer service, but that's not the case. Their current products from about 5 years ago until now are of very poor quality, my washing machine (2 years old) has rusted all the edge where the bleach is poured and recently the motor broke and guess what? precisely the engine has a 10-year warranty, at least on paper, but not really, they do not guarantee what was promised. First because of COVID-19 they did not have the staff to go to my house to diagnose the washing machine, that today they make this appliances with so much technology that the only thing they do not do is talk, but this machine shows you a code of the problem it has, this company do not care that the washing machine will show a code that means the engine is broken, they want a technician to diagnose it, a technician who they don't have, so they forced me to pay another company to have a technician come to diagnose the washer machine, a diagnosis that cost me $89.00, I sent them the invoice and they didn’t repair the engine anyway. They say they only pay for the part, not the labor, that I have to pay for the repair and send them the receipt for them to reimburse me for the cost of the part. If they warrantee, the part they should send me the motor so I will take care of the labor with any company. They have not reimbursed me the $89.00 that they made me spend on diagnostic, although the washing machine said that the motor was broken and am I going to believe that they are going to reimburse me a part (motor) after this? This has been going on for 9 months since August 2020. They are wordless, unreliable, scammers, do not buy their products, any of their products soon or later will have issues and they will not honor the warranty. Do not become one of the victims of this HUGE SCAMMER COMPANY that take your money with warranties promises, and because their products are poor quality you will need the warranty, warranty that they are not willing to fulfill, they will find any excuse for not honor the warranty. Do not say you were not advising!! Be wise, save your money!!

Worst people to deal with. Bought a dishwasher and it was missing pieces now I have to buy the pieces again at ridiculous prices. Very disappointed with them. I never seen a company that treats customers that way. Poor customer service stay away from them.

Samsung TV has great picture but the worst internet capabilities, and of the three I've had, have had to buy new ones because you can't update, or features stop working(still best picture). The fridge is the worst I've ever owned, (gave it to a friend that threw it away). Washer broke down twice in a year and dryer broke down twice in three months , has a good warranty,(traded both in). But four stars because I've always liked the galaxy phone's, and new my note. Stick to the phone's! Can't take picture or videos of thing that were returned or thrown in the trash.

Rubbish Refrigerator and its a nightmare to get a Replacement I bought the fridge freezer 3 years ago, quality was so rubbish that the internal shelves started breaking after a year. Then one day i heard some noise so i called the engineer, he didnt really check anything and left saying its working fine a month later freezer stopped working, called another engineer and he confirmed that its faulty and booked a replacement. The replacement came 2 weeks later and it was ACTUALLY DEMAGED. I rang again to tell them that uve sent me a demaged item, after 2 hours of headache on the phone i was told that ill get a 80 to 100cm high mini fridge to use for now. Fridge came was half the size, we already had our grocery done according to the measurements given to us. Spent another 2 hours with customer services, which was pointless and they wrnt happy to help at all. Ive got a baby who needs fresh milk at all time a girl whos just started school and need yogurts and drinks for school. I am a working mum who prepares food and keeps in the fridge in advance. I am absolutely devastated by their behaviour. I feel helpless. Ive wasted so much money on food so far that goes to bin every day. There no sense of responsibility. Beside all this i don't even know when my original fridge is coming, its been a full day and ive not received any email regarding that! Absolutely appalling service. Plz plz don't waste your money and time on samsung products. The quality is rubbish and customer services is awful!!!!
