Bought a G7 32 monitor by Samsung, monitor got a dead pixel in less than 3 months of use. Started the repair process which was recently completed. Well the service center me back a monitor with a broken corner to the gram of the screen, right side of the middle screen had a gray water type smudge under the screen. Also the entire frame was not fitting correctly you could see light shinning out the sides. I am shock they could justify returning this product. I have return the product, but currently gone over a month without my product and now return for repair again. The screen it’s self is amazing just a shame a company puts such little effort into a quality experience with their products. Customer the only thing they can do is to attempt a repair of the frame of the screen frame they broke during repair.

NK36M5070BS extractor fan from Very on the 18th October. The fan was only fitted 2 week ago with no problems. I decided to paint the walls now the new kitchen has been installed so removed the stainless steel chimney cover which is in two parts & put it to one side. Yesterday i decided to refit the chimney cover only to find the stainless steel had tarnished very badly & would not clean up, even finger prints would not come off. The stainless steel was now 2 different colours where it had been exposed to daylight. Today i contacted Samsung, 45 minutes into the phone call they told me that exterior finishes were not covered under their warranty, this is a complete joke. I quoted the consumer act like not fit for purpose etc but this made no difference. They said they would send an engineer out at my expense to which i declined as the conversation with samsung also included a video link so they could see the product faults. £305 for a piece of junk. Anyway Very are taking the fan back & i will not be buying anymore Samsung products. Samsung warranty is a complete joke. Samsung customer service is a complete joke. Do not buy this product as the quality is very very poor.

I purchased the 44 millimeter SG-watch in 08/2020 from Amazon. Today 1/31/21 it literally went pitch black with lines throughout the display. I am disappointed. It's bad enough the price dropped to half of the purchased value within the next week or two! Talk about depreciation. Cheap capicitors and receptors intertwined with a faulty core processor equals garbage electronics. Should have never put down the apple. Salute 😡. Spike it!

I bought the new Samsung s21 ultra the selfie camera is failing and they make me call 3 different 800 numbers and tell me I have to take my brand new $1200 to I Break U Fix to get fixed. I ordered this phone from samsung.com. Never buy anything from Samsung they can not replace my phone unless I send mine back in and place another order. I do not have another phone since I traded my other phone in to buy this one. Horrible customer service and support I have a bad $1200 phone and they will not replace it.

JUST BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!! purchased a new house that had been flipped. had all new appliances, roof, windows, floors, plumbing, wiring, the works, everything was brand new. closed on Aug 31, 2020 moved in same day. that weekend was labor day weekend. had family here to help unpack, enjoy the new house an for a labor day bbq. sounds fun right? WRONG!! Sept 5, the BRAND NEW, USED 3 TIMES SAMSUNG DISHWASHER broke. 7 people in the house, an no working dishwasher. call customer support, an i was told it was alarming it had a leak, to give it a few days to dry out, then try to use it again. Sept. 12 call back it is STILL not working. they say they will send someone to look at it. repair man makes appt to come fix it. Sept 18 comes, repairman doesnt come as scheduled. Called samsung, out of their control it is a sub-contractor, just deal with it an try again. this pattern repeats FOUR more times before they send a different sub-contractor, to look at it. they only have TWO sub-contractors in my area, a suburb of CHARLOTTE, NC. a city of a fair size. first one looks at it, opens/closes door, starts it, it runs for 5 min an says there is your problem you use POWDER DISWASHER SOAP, go to liquid and all is fixed. NEVER takes dishwasher out of cabinet. 3 days later, i call cause broken AGAIN, send out original company who ACTUALLY shows up this time, on Sept. 29. pull it out, yes there is a leak, and the drainline is clogged. fixes it, and tells us we have to WASH our DISHES BEFORE PUTTING IN DISHWASHER🤔🤔🤔. so NOW we have had 2 service calls, switched type of soap we use, prewash dishes before washing them, an guess what?! Oct. 11 it broke AGAIN #3 in 45 days! in a house with 2 adults in it so it was only ran once a day. call AGAIN, schedule ANOTHER repair visit, Oct 15, was repaired AGAIN. you would THINK this would be the end of our problems, but NO samsung has more in for us! Dec. 3 ANOTHER call made to samsung, dishwasher broken AGAIN. on our house 93 days, and broken time #4! THIS time it is different. i qualify for a replacement or a refund. of course i choose refund, because why would i want ANOTHER of their inferior products in my house. THEN i am told i have to provide proof of purchase and serial # information. explained i got dishwasher with purchase of house for the 4th time, i do NOT have a receipt. i have serial #, model #, all other info, so they say without proof of purchase CANNOT refund me the money. i tell them I can provide the BILL OF SALE for my home and copy of DEED that states i own home and everything inside it. send it in. they decline it AFTER telling me it was an approved way to show i owned the dishwasher. call back repeatedly and go round an round with customer service about this, they FINALLY accept it, then email me the paperwork to print, fill out and send back. did as asked, emailed it back 1 day later. started getting messages they never recieved my paperwork. re-sent, repeated this SIX times. FINALLY they accept everything, give me the dollar amount they will refund, WHICH is cheaper than lowes price for it, and lowes is the ONLY store that sells appliances for 30 miles, so it HAD to be purchased there. i accept offer, sent in banking info to receive refund. received an email confirming this info following day. 2 days later i receive a voicemail telling ME since i am not responsive to ANYof their attempts to contact ME, and my warranty "running out" in Dec. an that i did NOTHING to respond to them they were reducing my refund by $120, AND for every day i continue to be uncooperative they will deduct more from the refund! i called in YET AGAIN, LIVID an ask for an explanation and a manager. i asked for the womans name and employee number to be able to identify who disconnected me when i get "disconnected" during the transfer to management. i ACTUALLY got to speak to a MANAGER first time since this started! he basically told me to deal with it, not his problem, an it is how it is. had to disconnect due to being at work. called back at end of shift, got ANOTHER service rep. explain ALL of this to her, the fact i had ALL the records, what all i have been told, left voicemails, etc. she told me all was incorrect, she would fix it all and i would have my refund within 14 days. today is Jan. 30, 2021, day 1 so we will see. i wont believe them until the money hits the bank! i sat down last night and went over my records. i have place FIFTY phone calls about this issue since Sept. 5 and yesterday Jan. 29. i have spent EIGHT HOURS 39 MINUTES AND 5 SECONDS on the phone with samsung since this began. it took me 24 days total worth of phone calls, and issue is STILL not resolved as of Jan. 30, 2021! i had a working dishwasher 64 days over 132 day span, an ONLY reason i EVEN end the count at 132 days is because i went and bought a GE dishwasher Jan. 10 it was delivered and i installed it. today i was supposed to be called by a manager between 12 pm-3 pm eastern/standard time, it is now 7:56 pm and STILL no call. they do dirty business go elsewhere!!! their refund offer to me is $70 cheaper than the lowes price for EXACT SAME MODEL and sold on SAMSUNG.COM for MORE than the refund amount they offered me as well, by $27. when i asked about compensation for ALL the wasted time i have spent dealing with them, days i stayed out of work to have them come repair it, just to no show, inconveince since it went out twice during large family events where i had large parties to clean up after, all by hand since their "dishwasher" would not/could not wash dishes. an i had to purchase a replacement and install myself AND haul off their piece of garbage. they cannot discuss that at this time. save yourself the headache an buy another brand, an AMERICAN MADE brand!

I bought the Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 5G phone from SAMSUNG. I called verizon 3 different times on hold for hours wondering why I don't have 5g service for a 5g phone. First they said change the sim card, then they said change the plan, now they're saying it's because SAMSUNG SOLD A DUAL SIM PHONE TO ME WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW 5G CONNECTIVITY. So yes, the phones cheaper here but you won't get 5g with your 5g compatible phone. When you shop at your network provider's store(Verizon for me) they will already have the proper sim card attachments for you to get what you paid for. So if you want 5G connectivity just order it from you carrier.

I pre-ordered my phone and when it did not arrive on the day it was supposed to I called customer service. I talked to someone for an hour before they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else for a while. They were not very helpful and when I asked for their name or if I could speak with someone else they hung up on me. I then called again and they said there was nothing they could do before I even told them what was going on. Worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nothing accomplished.

Washing machine cost £1300 Been fixed 4 times in 3 years warranty has run out still doesn’t work after I paid£120 for repairs they then said I refused repairs it’s total piece of rubbish the auto dispense has never worked properly now they don’t make it but won’t exchange it I had to throw it away Customer service shocking worst company ever.

We purchased a new Samsung dryer in 2012. The unit completely stopped working at the end of 2020. We need a Samsung part # DC92-00322E (control board) to repair. Samsung said the part is unavailable and obsolete. Samsung offered us $67.00 total for a new dryer as compensation. Letters to Samsung go unanswered. They make junk, planned-obsolescent appliances, and do not support their customers. We suggest you NEVER purchase Samsung appliances!

Hello, whatever you do please do not purchase a Samsung washer & dryer. I bought the Aqua Jet washer & matching dryer which both are beautiful. I have had both a little bit over 3 yrs. The store/Samsung warranty expired after 1 yr. & my 3 yr extended warranty tide in with the first year, so both expire. To make a long story short NO appliance center work on them!!! I was told that there was only one service center in the Baton Rouge area did & the appointment could not be made until 2 months later!!!! Go figure!! The washer continues to say unbalanced with a hand full of clothes & continues to fill up with water & spin!!! The dryer has started to make an uncontrollable loud noise!!! You can’t get help anywhere to fix them!!! They are a waste of money!! Do your homework & shop around before making a purchase... TLM

I contacted Samsung due to a strange smell coming from my 55”UltraK tv. They knew my tv was 3.4 years old but immediately sent a local technician. The technician came and checked tv with a remote Samsung specialist. They determined tv was in perfect working condition when the tech when to put tv together he pressured back panel very hard and warped the back panel and also damaged the screen(see pic attached blue line through screen). Samsung contacted me and Indicated that they wld order both panels. A week later they called and said that since the panels were not available and they had broken tv that they would pay the 760 that I paid and sent me a confirmaron indicating this. Two weeks later I got a note indicating the they wld only offer 140. I have tried and tried getting them to replace tv and they just ignore me and Indicate that I accepted that lower amount which I never did. I have been a strong supporter of Samsung but now no way. Don’t buy Samsung as if they will not be fair if anything happens to your set. I work in the travel industry and will advise all colleagues of this.

I love Samsung and have always had a Samsung phone and tablet. Until now I have had no issues but I have bught a new A7 Tablet and have major issues with it. Firstly the email app - Samsung Email is not compatible with this device (what!!). Crackers. IT IS SAMSUNG email. It is daft to make a tablet that isn't compatible. This also appies to Samsung Music(surprise, surprise!) It is not compatible either! Finally on my previous tablet(S2) I can mve some f my game apps onto my SD card but(and you've guessed it again) this is not possible with my A7, which means they take up a lot if my storage space on my tablet. Come on Samsung! This to me is moving backwards technology wise instead of forward. It has been a nightmare sorting out my email and music and now with all my apps having to sit on my tablet storage, I have little storage space left. Please update your email and music apps so I can use them.

I really hate this phone. Every time a plane flies by, every time a car drives past me and interrupts the audio. Most of all I blame myself for buying another Samsung device. Whoever designed this accident Samsung has the nerve to call a phone (and to put forward as their flagship product) clearly never used the phone. I am really irritated at Samsung for not issuing a recall or offering a refund. Lesson learned - Samsung is but a name, and shame on me for falling for that again. For a little more I bought the graphics workstation on which I earn my living with, a computer. This is a phone. Only a phone. Let this sink in. Are you out of your minds to be charging this much for such an inferior, defective product? I clearly am for paying for it. Samsung won't issue a recall, nor will they return the money, as I'm past the "15 day" return period. That's about as much time as it takes to set it up, figure out you don't have audio jacks anymore, order expensive Bluetooth headphones, only to realize you've been duped, and there's no fix to this. Bluetooth eats up battery. You'd think if they're making you use it, then the battery on this phone is phenomenal. It's average at best, not at all an improvement over the 2016 phone I upgraded from. They also took away the fingerprint reader button, and it's now built into the fragile glass screen. The problem is that there's no covers out there that can both protect the screen and read fingerprints. Again, stuff like this makes me highly doubt anyone ever used the phone they designed. On top of that the software/OS doesn't really accept anything I use. Every time I install a new app, say a photo editor or a music program, it'll set itself up as the default for that file format, which is really irritating when you just want to look at a photo, instead of edit it, or when you want to listen to a song instead of creating music. You can do all.that on any $200 phone, but not on this. It used to be that you could set file extensions im the settings for any task, but now it's really limited (I mean really), all you can pick is the internet browser and very few other things. Samsung is quick to pass the blame onto Google for designing the OS, but in that case shame on Samsung for approving the OS for that device. And again shame on fools like me for failing for it. Samsung won't give me my money back nor will they issue a well deserved recall, so the best I can do is to inform others. Google, if you're reading this, put in an SD card on your Pixel phones (and don't take away the audio jack of course) and you guys have yourself a new customer.

Bought earbuds live on January 8th. Had the replaced. New earbuds battery doesn't last over 5 hours even with the poor noise canceling off. Will not read any of my text messages. No matter how many times I've reset them. Called customer service. No help

I purchased a soundbar in November of 19 that worked fine until July. I sent it in for repair. Returned a couple weeks later and worked fine ... for 3 weeks. Sent it back a second time. Agent said if they couldn't fix it, I would receive a new soundbar or a refund. Shipped back 3 weeks later saying no issue found. The problem was not fixed. The agent said from the notes it appeared they only checked the connections. Because no issues were found, I had to send it in a third time before they would "accommodate me with a refund or new unit. It's now November of 20. They can't fix it. The model was no longer available. Despite first being told I would receive a newer or upgraded model, I was offered a refund amounting to 80% of the purchase price. When I asked why not the full price, I was told that's the amount and I had 3 days to accept the offer or it would be rescinded. It took 2 months before I received the promised refund. This has been a 6 month nightmare with countless phone calls ... hours on hold. Candidly, I can't believe anyone would put a customer through what I have had to endure. I have attempted to contact the company just to inform them of how cruel their process is. However, there is no path to do so. I regret 1 star is the lowest rating available.

Dear review department, I have been a customer of Metro By T-Mobile for 5 yrs.. I particularly like the Samsung J7 Star. It is sleek, easy to carry and accessible.... My interest in this phone is forth going, perhaps Samsung would provide various colors in the Samsung J7 Star... Please Please (Preferable color below)

Just simply wanted to return my jet 90 stic vacuum after 2 weeks. Vacuum handle is way too short even pulled all the way out. Brush on power head for carpets need to be longer and stronger to deep clean carpets. Tried calling to just transfer from one to the other. Email to no regards. Ask them to email a return label they said they would and didn’t. They want to make things so difficult that you back down. Amazon is much better service

We purchased a new American style fridge freezer which was installed on 15/1/2021. It did not work from day 1 and we've now had two engineer call outs to try and resolve. The first visit was to replace a sensor and the second visit was to replace the mainboard. The fault still remains and we were told by the engineer that there was nothing left to replace and that the unit would need to be replaced. The engineer reported this on the 25th of Jan but Samsung in their infinite wisdom has seen fit to ignore their own engineer's advice so we are left with a new unit that freezes everything put into the fridge compartment. Samsung is an utter disgrace and should be ashamed of their so-called customer service. . We will never purchase another Samsung device again as the support provided makes them worthless.

Very bad service I spend over 2000 on stove and have rupper lose from the rope send two time guy to fix they said not repairable and not oven manufacture defect , frank , Juan, manger said we have send three time rapier policy, after three time they decide it’s Physical damage and it’s alie no damage at all not even one scratch, call Jan 25 2021 lady her name riven with bad attitude yelling screening about they not going to fix or send other one even with 3 years warranty and it’s only two month old, I call one time repair they told me Samsung very bad for service they washing there hand off so they don’t fix it, Please you shouldn’t buy anything from this company they ripe me off been two month without stove try to save for one and I see the worst service. I am still waiting hopefully fix the stove .

After spending 1000 € for their Note series , 2 years later they are not even offering repair Service for it.whats the point about going for the Premiumhersteller line if there is literally no support?
