1 star: Bad Updated just now Avoid Spectrum mobile and Samsung are terrible Spectrum mobile is not helpful at all. I had been with Verizon since cell phones started. Last three phones were Samsung S8s. All nothing but aggravation.....constant trouble with little of no help from Verizon. Changed to Spectrum mobile for four and a half months seamless....till update on Samsung A51. Now phone won't charge properly charging all day to get to 97 %...can't use android auto at all or using phone by pushing buttons on steering wheel. At least 8 calls to Spectrum about issue...they tell me to call Samsung...Samsung tells me to take to YoubreakitIfix ....drive 44 miles round trip to take to service center....can't fix needs to go to Samsung . I call Spectrum...they say they have no phones ...they are only service provider. I call Samsung and am told two week turnaround time. I explain I have elder parents and this is their only way to contact me...sorry just send in. Avoid Spectrum mobile...no assistance..avoid Samsung...after four mobile phones...last one barely four moths old....noting but crappy service and help from both.

Bought their washer/dryer combo through Home Depot. Could not provide delivery date or order status for months on end. Thought it was a HD problem but it turns out everytime they called Samsung to inquire, Samsung kept saying they'll provide ETA in the next few days with no real concrete answer. Went and canceled my order. Samsung had the most disorganized and worst communication/transparency system ever. They even lied and said appliances were on the truck for delivery one day and next day they said they never even got a PO for my order....lies over lies. NEVER AGAIN.

75 Inch tv broke after 6 months. Instead of giving us a new tv or fixing the old tv as they were supposed to due to the warranty we purchased - they sent us a check to buy a new tv after 8 weeks. Never buying a Tv through Samsung agan.

Just don't. Save yourself a ton of headaches. Their "tech experts" waste your time reading from the help pages, as if you are unable to do the same. They have ZERO clue of the products they "support", and if you need a supervisor...best of luck to you. Not to mention, the false and misleading advertising of their products is beyond reproach. Leave skidmarks, don't buy Samsung products if you expect to be supported.

Please don't place order for new models of Samsung products through Samsung website...they will take order, take your money and then after 1 month of rigorous follow-up with their customer service team, they will cancel the order...

I purchased a new model 43 crystal led for my son for Christmas as like many we couldn't source the ps5 he wanted. After 2 weeks I decided to wipe down the tv as per the instructions with a new soft dry micofibre cloth. As soon as I did this parts of the coating came away from the screen leaving a mottled appearance and viewable when the unit is on or off. I contacted Samsung multiple times and they tried telling me bt online had supplied me a used unit and to contact them. I did, and as expected they assured me this was a brand new model that had only just come out and they don't send out used units anyway. I again contacted Samsung multiple times and got no where. I researched online to see if anyone else had had any issues with this model and sure enough they had. Poor screen coating was mentioned and manufacturing process issues used. I put this to Samsung and eventually got a call from one of the managers. However he refused to accept there could be a manufaturing issue resulting in poor screen coatings. They put it down as cosmetic damage caused by the user. Unbelievable, I have a lot of high end equipment and always follow the cleaning instructions to the letter. Thankfully I have never purchased any high end samsung products and will just bin their inferior faulty product and purchase from a reputable company with a decent customer service. LG, Pioneer, Sony, Marantz and phillips are excellent BTW. I wish I'd read the Samsung reviews before making my purchase as I'm usually cautious and research potential purchases. The 87% poor rating speaks for itself and I'm glad it was only a £350ish purchase. Seriously stay away from Samsung....

Wow, where to begin. We thought by buying a washing machine that was expensive and top of the line that we would not have to deal with all the issues that have come since we bought this machine. A few months after buying the machine we started to notice oil type stains on our clothes. It took a while for us to figure out that it was from the washing machine through a long process of elimination. Two different repair people came to our home to “asses the machine before anyone came to fix it.... finally someone come to fix it but a few weeks later it started to do the same thing. So again we were on the phone to Samsung and the repair centre to try and get it fixed once again. After weeks and weeks of countless phone calls we finally got someone out to look at the machine again and.... once again it was two different people that come into our home to tell us the same thing..: the drum needs replacing again. We were told after the second man visited our home that we would have a resolution within 24 hours and after almost two weeks of not hearing a thing.. we again spent countless hours on the phone to Samsung to figure out what the issue is to only find out that they had no notes on the system from the two repair people that come to our home. A few weeks after that we were then sent an email outlining the cost for a repair of around £500 for a machine that we have had for less than a year and is still under warranty. Needless to say the email was an error and it is covered under warranty but the lack of professionalism and record keeping is clearly an issue at Samsung. Another week on they tell us they are waiting for parts and another week after that they tell us they are unable to get the parts. So now we are 14 months of owning the machine, one drum replacement already and another on the way and on going issues with the drum for almost a year now. They refuse to replace it yet now they claim they cannot get the parts to repair it. I would not recommend Samsung to anyone purely based on their customer service and clearly the quality of their products. Sure, it comes with a warranty but we have been waiting a few months now for the second drum replacement as the washing machine continues to wreck our clothing but what choice to we have other then expose ourselves to unnecessary risk during a pandemic to wash our clothes at a laundromat when we have paid almost £1000 to having a washing machine that does not work. Not to mention that we have a young family and it is not ideal to be taking small children to a laundromat to do laundry, nor should we have to when we have paid for a washing machine.

I ordered a fridge from them due to the convenience of the delivery being sooner than other options. The fridge was delivered banged to heck and the delivery company didn't even feel comfortable leaving it so they took it back. I got scheduled for replacement a week out, meaning another week of eating out due to the inconvenience, costs that add up following a move across country. I reached out to the company to see about an additional discount or rebate for the inconvenience and after being passed between chat agents and hung up on over the phone multiple times, my complaints fell on deaf ears. I only hope the product arrives without damage the second time. Never buying from Samsung again.

The worst customer service, product support I have ever received. Quite clearly a manufacturing defect on their fridges, all over the internet about cracked shelves, yet they claim it is news to them. Lies, don’t return mail, don’t escalate complaints. Please don’t buy there tat.

The worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I received an RMA online and shipped the item back to them. It was apparently lost and I called customer service. The friendly recording knows my name and that I have a claim so I go through the number punching, get to where I'm supposed to be and either I wait for a lifetime or I'm hung up on. This has been going on for about a month. I used to place faith in Samsung products but no more. You pay a noticeably higher price and expect some kind of customer service. I have received none and and, honestly, after hours on the phone. I will never again purchase a thing produced by Samsung!

I just bought Samsung S21 Ultra 5g from Samsung store at Westfield Garden City last week. I was served by a very friendly lady staff and her name is Claudine I guess. She was so brilliant in her role with good communication skills and the way she explained about the product was outstanding. I genuinely appreciated her customer service and look forward to similar service in the future. Thanks

Appalling customer service. I ordered a fridge/freezer & a washer. Washer arrived. Fridge did not. I have called every day for 10 days, no one can tell me where the fridge is. I have requested to speak to a manager every time I have called but they have still not called me. They won't respond to emails... I want my fridge or my money back!!! None of the staff care, the systems are not set up correctly so that they can deal with calls. I should have realised they are horrendous to deal with because their website is a bloody nightmare to navigate as well. Cant contact them properly, get hung up on by staff, they refuse to make call backs, management don't deal with complaints, they don't reply to live chat, twitter or Facebook. More than happy to take my hard earned money .... wish they earned theirs honestly. Liars & cheats. Absolute joke.... DO NOT USE THEM

Don’t buy a Samsung dryer sensor smart , especially the newer electronic version, the mother board will go in a matter of 4to 5 years and is a total cost of 400$ and up to replace , you can buy a regular dryer that works and less cheaper that will dry your clothes just the same and last

Our 8k Samsung tv broke (just died) right after a year of owning it. Hours and days in the phone .. two service teams trying to fix it. No luck. Unable to to fix the tv. More hours and days on the phone different story every time. Promised a replacement and a call to set up. I call. Promised another call and that they would replace or give us the next model up. No call. Promised another call. No call. Told us that after 30 days they have to give us a replacement. Will call. No call. We called... now they say they can’t replace it because they don’t have the parts. And they will issues us a refund but it will be less then what we paid and we have to buy it on the Samsung website... which is more expensive. When asked when will this happen they did not have an answer. They need to process and give us a call back. Too much time and different answers every time. We have not had a working tv n 3 months. We thought we were buying a really quality product. This is not the case, very unfortunate.

I spent 60 minutes and 3 phone calls regarding a replacement part for a French door refrigerator. My calls were routed to the phillipines. The customer service rep. Said they don't have a part number for a bi shelf for my product. Obviously they dont want me to shop around. He suggested to call samsung parts. Is it unbelievable that they would not be able to find a part number. I called ABT appliances, and they gave me a part number wi th in two minutes. Unfortunately they want $100 dollars for a plastic bin. I am done with samsung.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. They have the WORST customer service, EVER. Bought a gas range, it was delivered on Jan 22, 2021. Tried using the air fryer only to discover that the oven doesn’t work. Stove top and broiler work, but the oven does not. Tried to return it only to be told that this oven is on back order and won’t be available until March. Samsung cancelled my work order for repair but I didn’t find that out until the day of the previously scheduled repair date, when I called to find out what time they would be here. Called Samsung again to schedule another repair date, but they never contacted the repair company to set up an appointment. Again, didn’t find that out until I called the repair company two days after I called Samsung. Finally got another repair date, only to be informed on the day of repair that the part arrived damaged, and now I have to wait ANOTHER week for repair. I’ve had this thing for a month and still have not been able to use the oven. I purchased this thru Home Depot, but they have been totally unhelpful too because they are merely the middle man between the customer and Samsung. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do yourself a favor ... go to an actual appliance store, and do NOT buy a Samsung product!

Purchased a Samsung 21 Ultra only to discover it does not come with a wall charger! It did come with a charging cord that will not work with a USB charger, it's a male to male C cord. After spending 1200.00 on a phone they could not supply a charger. And told "that's what happening now" We have been using Samsung products throughout our household so over the weekend when we bought a new 75 inch flat screen, it was NOT a samsung. And we are using our future purchases to vote no to samsung. Any company this cheap I wonder how they would try to screw us in the future. All over 0.5% (6.00) of a $1200.00 sale.
