Samsung delivery team today, particularly with drivers Carlos Arenas and Luis Santos from truck 64. They were exceptionally trustworthy and honest, displaying a high level of professionalism. Not only did they handle everything efficiently, but they also took the time to educate us on various aspects of the delivery and product setup. Their patience with our numerous questions was greatly appreciated. They even made a point to be accommodating around our family, kids, and pets. Hello I spke with Christian. Please make sure his supervisor gets the message that he is the perfect customer service rep. He is very patient. Christian resolved the issue at hand and addressed any and every question or concern during the call.

We had a problem with TV we purchased 12/22. Customer service was the best. Appointment was set up and technician was knowledgeable and professional. Lorenzo was able to diagnose our problem quickly and made us very happy customers. Kudos to Samsung and HOME SERVICE NETWORK,Rochester,NY. Keep up the good work. It is so nice to deal with company that stands behind their products.

I've spent the last 3 days dealing with xbox live issues, my girlfriends phone keeps needing to be reset to factory settings for multiple reasons(not Samsung), and I gave up on xbox and plugged in my ps5 and it had service issues for over an hour.
