I sent my Galaxy Buds Live to repair the case and they have not send my case back. The first month they keep telling me that they will send it to me within 48 hrs. I asked to escalate and they keep putting me on hold or they tell me that they will reach out to me within 48 hrs. Worst customer and repair center.

Follow-up to my lost Samsung smart watch- Now 5 weeks since I sent it out to factory for warranty repair - Review should be negative 0 not One as posted - Spent hours trying to get through to speak to someone about the warranty repair and when l do they either state watch cannot be repaired since they lost the back loose plate with serial number on it that was supposed to be repaired with the non working watch - They wont take the serial number that l have on the original box of a 8 month old watch -They are the worst incompetent company to deal with - very difficult to get hold off when you call the phone might disconnected or they hang up when you want to speak to a case manager - I wish l had read these Samsung reviews for warranty service before l bought the watch - I doubt if they will send back the non working watch and l will be out 200 dollars either way - I am now making inquiries to the Consumer Protection Bureau of N.Y.S. and filling out complaint forms . I am now in the process in trading in my two Samsung cell phones for 2 Apple phones. Samsung is a multi trillion company will the worst customer service and support. Anyone should think twice about buying a Samsung product that could require factory repair if defective.

Pretty much everything. The hearing quality of the phone is very poor. I purchased a phone and earphones and did not get a receipt at the store even though I asked for one and gave all the details for the invoice. service at the store was a disgrace overhaul. When I tried to get the receipt from all sorts of Samsung service centers, each one referred to a different center, no one answered the phone or called back. Still haven't received it.

S21 Ultra 5G no fast charging 4 months after purchase. I had all Samsung phones over the years, S8,S9,S10,S20 and this never happened. paid £1400 for the phone, the charging port became loose and when trying to speak to tech support by the name of Ralph, he tried to make me feel like It is my fault or It is something on the software level and I should try resetting it.

Never buy direct from this company. They have a policy regarding shipping to not replace your item until it’s not shown any movement for 10 days. I got notice my tv was loaded in a truck. Four days later it finally started moving. It went across the country and back again to its original destination instead of coming to me. And now it sits somewhere. Meanwhile I’m out a tv. And am told they need my patience. If I’d have bought from a store it would already have been replaced at their expense, not at all confident in future service.

2TVs that were purchased were both defective and I've waited 7 months for the 1st one and now I'm on a 7 month process to wait for the 2nd 1 they don't answer the phone they don't answer and give you a straight answer all they wanna do is read off of a script because their moronic and don't understand how business works they don't give a damn about you or anybody else all to give a damn about is their income screw what you think it's screw what you are or think overtake

I have used Samsung products both in the UK and abroad. Until now, I have been a happy customer. However, that has now changed. We bought a fridge/freezer directly from Samsung online.The model in question is the RB7300T 4 Series Frost Free Classic Fridge Freezer with All Around Cooling. The appliance was delivered on June 29th 2002 and completely stopped working on July 28th. I immediately contacted Samsung online via their chat option (after trying their online troubleshooting advice which failed miserably). I told them that I was appalled by the performance of the product and that I wanted a full refund. The next day I contacted Martin Dawes, the Samsung repair company. They informed me that the problems with this model are well know and that they would order the replacement parts and effect a good as new repair the following Wednesday. I advised them that not only was the f/f not working, it was constantly sounding an ear splitting alarm when plugged in! Again, they repeated that this was a known fault. I then contacted Samsung customer service and spoke to Gabriel. After numerous conversations, he stated that the machine could not be refunded as it was out of the statutory 28 day refund window! He promised me that the f/f would be repaired to the highest possible standard and he offered a £50 shopping voucher as compensation. My advice is do not buy this appliance and check that if you do buy a Samsung appliance that it has no known manufacturing issues!

Honestly, do not attempt to even calling them for Mobile phone support. I told them 12 times my issues I'm experiencing and what I would want it to do and they keep repeating questions I already told them 3 to 5 times that it did not work. I was asking myself...Did they even listen to a word I said. Its insane how you get better support through facebook groups. Go there instead.

I purchased one Note 9 from Samsung Galaxy outlet Elante Mall Chandigarh. I traveled to USA after buying it and got no or poor display under warranty. I was denied service in USA . After coming back to India I talked to your service centers in Chandigarh and Zirakpur who also refused saying that the warranty period is over. They demanded very high price for replacing the display. Do your mobile phones have such short life for the display unit. It is a matter of concern and shame that the quality of your phones is so poor. How do you expect a senior citizen to spend Rs70000/- on a mobile phone and pay Rs.13000/- to replace the display unit in one year as I couldn't come back to India under warranty period. We purchased a washer in November and at the end of June it stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. The error code was failure to drain. I spend an hour looking for a filter. My wife called tech support and there is not filter. Tech support told us we would receive a phone call within 48 hours to schedule a technician to fix it. 48 hour passed and no one called. My wife called. The customer support people were very rude to her and after three hours on the phone, she was told they did not have anyone in our area to fix our washer. Instead, they would refund our money because it was still under warranty. She was told Samsung would take care of the unit disposal. She gave the customer no-support person the serial number and model number. She was told it would take two business days to process. Two days passed and nothing. My wife called back and was on the phone for another 4 hours. She was informed that we would be responsible for disposal of the unit, not Samsung. They also told her they needed a photograph of some stickers on the machine plus the bill of sale. She provided all the required items. Then they told her they needed the cash register slip from when we purchased the unit. Even though we had a bill of sale. My wife went to Home Depot and they helped her out. She sent all the documents requested and was told another 2-5 business days to process. We scheduled someone to pick up the broken washer. Five business days later we did not hear from Samsung. My wife called and was on the phone another three hours. She had to send all the documents a second time. Then she was told we could not dispose of the unit until the refund process was completed or our refund would be voided. They told us another two days. Two days passed and no one called us. My wife called again and was on the phone another three hours. She was told we had to open an account with Citibank to get our refund. The next day I called and Samsung said we were misinformed. We had to use a Citibank App to get our refund. My wife and I attempted to set up the app but it had issues. Four hours later it was still not set up, even with the assistance of Samsung. Two days later we had to call again. This time the app worked. We selected direct deposit. After words the refund was showing as a check. We called again and were assured it would not be a check but deposited into our account. Again, we were told it would take two business days. Two days passed and nothing. We called again. We were told it was sent to our account. There was nothing in our account. Five hours later on the phone, Samsuck told us it would be deposited in a mater of two days. Sigh...really? I filled out a complaint with BBB and some supervisor called us the next day. She told us it would be settled and told us we would hear from her on Monday. Monday came and went...guess what...no phone call! My wife called and was on the phone for another four hours. The person who promised to call told her we would be issued a check because they have a new refund system and are using a new bank. On July 25th 2020 customer no-service told my wife the check was sent on July 16th. It is now July 29th and no check. We are now looking for an attorney to take care of this. DO NOT purchase anything from this so called company. Samsuck has the worst customer service ever. We still have a broken washer, no refund, out time and money because of weekly trips to the laundry mat.

I have never been so disappointed with warranty support and service. Phone was a lemon from the start and only option was to pay for repair before the warranty expired. Nothing in the organizational values are reflected in my experience.

Been on the phone with Sorint/Tmobile for an hour. They overcharged me for six months during the switch. Then they did not want to refund my fees. After being on hold for 55 minutes, they hung on me. Called back and was hung on again...

Your Samsung a51 isn't worth the price and trouble. Customer service isn't helpful with phone problems and data retrieval unless you have a Google account. Samsung backup or restore isn't useful

Had to return my 75 inch 8k tv. Samsung was always helpful with any questions I asked and they sent me a check. Had no issues and already bought another Samsung 75 inch TV

Advice to everyone, don't make mistake we've made, don't buy Samsung tv, it constantly loses internet connection (everyone reports that!), impossible to watch anything on it, needs constant unplugging, trying to watch "Still open all hours" on BBC, 30min program, had to restart tv 3 times already and only half way through! Samsung customer service dares to blame it on internet providers which is utter nonsense! We have other 5 devices on which we can watch anything including for instance BBC stuff while trying to play BBC on Samsung tv results in constant freezing of the APP, it plays fine on all other devices that proves that tv has a problem and Samsung agrues with that! Total waste of money, we are going to take it to our love cal recycling center as I wouldn't want to donate it to charity as I don't want another poor sot to struggle trying to watch anything as we do My first and last Samsung purchase

Bought whole kitchen microwave never worked from day one they sent out repair place 4 times could not fix it. This now going on 8 months Samsung is by far the worst customer service I have dealt with. I asked to just send a replacement they told they could not do that because I bought it from Home Depot??? No one could ever explain why that was. So to date I am still dealing with it and very frustrated to say the least. They are terrible!!!

I have been on the phone with the teams they send out for repairs and samsung five times. Things not working washer, dryer, refrigerator ice maker and drawer. First it all went grand one guy shows up but we requested that he must be vaccinated because my spouse has cancer which is now in his lungs. They said everyone is vaccinated. poor guy when i asked him he paused and I said hear the reading why i ask - he then said no I am so sorry to hear but I am not abs understand. He left with ice maker in hand as it was a warranty item. Called back Samsung great service updated my ticket then said we are putting you with a different repair group UBWF. Cool but prescreen saids yes i see warranty for ice maker . let's now get you to try for one service provider same day w vaccine- great guy explain about his family cancer issue right now. Now customer service back in the line you do not have a warranty you will have to pay. I said no no I explained i was just transferred from prescreen to you and yes they saw the ticket said they are ordering part and fir me to give to tech. customer service said no I have to call Samsung again and get them to fix. I just did i said then i called and was just talking to prescreen they once again transferred me to you... groundhog day for hours!!! I finally stopped being so kind and said no you transfer me back to prescreen they know where to look. I am shocked truly to be told all our reps are vaccinated (lie) and put my husband at risk and now this? With me being kind. trying to explain every time we come home from hospital i need to now sanitize his clothes - Covid in Miami is back. This is the very first negative review i have ever written and yep i've been on hold now for 12 minutes. Do you think he transferred me or gave up? Samsung yes good the companies they hire out- horrible!!!!!
