Honestly - I don’t understand how before your rep knows your address they give you a service date of 5 days away. You sell critical products with people that are elderly and disabled. Shame on you for not sending a tech out immediately to help people with disabilities with a fridge that’s less than 30 days old.

I brought a Samsung fridge 7 years ago and I have had it repaired for the same issue 5 times. Samsung Customer Care should be called Samsung No Customer Care. I have had to pay for the last 4 repairs myself even though its the same issue and a known fault with the fridge. My advise never ever ever ever buy a Samsung product again, I wont be.

We bought a complete kitchen of Samsung products about two years ago. The refrigerator leaked and caused lots of damage. The broiler on the gas oven has gone out twice in less than two years. We've already had to replace the refrigerator - obviously not with a Samsung. Will never buy another Samsung product and would strongly recommend that anyone looking for appliances absolutely avoid Samsung. Lots of money for a really, really bad experience.

Ordered a freezer. They hit the credit card immediately. Was supposed to be delivered 07/21/21 never happened pushed back to Friday 07/24/21. Truck broke down XPO said driver had to return merchandise in 24-48 hours. Monday at 7 pm no merchandise now delivery is unknown Samsung who pays this shoddy outfit of XPO freight does nothing. All Adam from Samsung Appliance is give the standard customer service script and is useless. All we know is we paid and have no product. We have 2 of the Samsung phones 3 Samsung tvs and a missing freezer. Maybe time to reconsider buying their products.

Front loader washing machine 16kilos. Was running well and we were very satisfied until a fatal electronic error code. No worries we thought, still in warranty period. Sorry to say that Samsung warranty support are appalling. If I could give negative reviews I would. Three weeks and counting and despite a report from their recommended service engineer to the effect it isn’t repairable all we are hearing is crickets. And their case managers are fiewalled behind email as the only contact method. After a while the off script insincere apologies on behalf of Samsung, given by their warranty hotline staff, begin to wear quite thin. Having once been a fan of Samsung white goods I am sorry to say it will be a long time if ever before I buy another. Their warranty support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Design defect. Need 2 flat edge screwdrivers and 2 people to take out shelf and glass above vegetable /fruit bins for cleaning. Ridiculous!!! In fact the user manual does not even inform the user how to do this. A consumer figured out how to do it and posted a YouTube video. In the age of accessibility for all, why would Samsung dream up this really dumb idea. A refrigerator should be easy to clean and this is definitely not. Super disappointed.

If I could give zero Stars I would. My TV suddenly stopped working after 6 months. It is now going on almost 1 months of trying to get this issue resolved talking to umpteen people and still have not gotten either ereplacement, repair, exchange, or refund. I have sent them everything they need and jump through all their freaking hoops and I'm still without a TV and no refund. I will never buy another Samsung

Worst customer service I’ve had in 37 yrs. This company has no structure and departments don’t communicate at all. Their representatives phones don’t work and they constantly interrupt you when you’re talking. I purchased an oven less than a year ago and I’m trying to replace the door. They had a tech come out to look at it after saying it was covered under warranty. Apparently that was a lie because they then said we would have to pay. The door finally came after a couple weeks and guess what it was the wrong one. Even though the oven is still being produced they can’t send a door. So they’re supposed to refund us. 3 weeks have gone by and probably 10hrs of phone calls and still going in circles with these idiots because they don’t communicate. I really just want my oven replaced at this point but guess I’ll be calling my attorney. I will also report them to the BBB. I’ve never dealt with a business with so many incompetent people that have no idea how to do their job. It’s sickening and I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

They are the worst company! I purchased a brand new note 20 in March at best buy, after a couple of weeks, I began having multiple problems with the phone, I was told it was a carrier issue, I went to the carrier had everything reset, had them put me in a new network, new tower and paid for a new sim card, I continued having issues with calls, antenna, speakers and microphone, I called Samsung and was told it could be the parts or motherboard and told to go to their service repair center or mail it in, I told them I could not mail it in due to the problem of not being able to be 2+ weeks without a phone so they told me that my best option would be to go in person to their service center which is 90 minutes away and that if they were unable to fix it then they would replace it, I went twice to the service center to waste time and gas, they said they were unable to fix it and to call samsung for a replacement, I called them and they told me they can't help me unless I mail it and wait two weeks for diagnosis and if they can't fix it then they will replace it, they made me waste time and money to have me go around and then tell me basically the same thing again in which they should have told me in th. First place that no matter what I did I still had to send the phone in to them and be without a phone for two weeks, they are unable to replace the phone with out me sending my current phone first. I spend a lot of time and money wasted for no reason, if I wanted a piece of garbage I would of bought a used phone from ebay, I spend over $700 to buy a quality phone and got garbage! And their customer service skills are garbage!

Samsung products are good, but the website sucks. Some items are shown to be sold out and some are but are not shown. You can spend a lot of time trying to purchase items that they send you emails about, customize your purchase, only to find they are out when trying to do the transaction. This has happened to me on multiple attempts to buy from them. Don't ever expect to get the items they are advertising, and if you want a Samsung product buy it elsewhere, or do what I did, find an alternative with equally good reviews and buy from another company. The website has cost Samsung multiple purchases from this buyer.

Worst company with low quality products and service executives. The service executives are keen on taking your money away with out rectifying the actual issue. We bought a refrigerator and always its out of order, for repairing purposes we contacted the service executives, when they examine the fridge for the first time, they told that the issue is with heater and you should change that, we did that, even after that its not working properly(no cooling) and again they come and examined and told a different issue, like that everytime they come up with new issues and they don't have courtesy to do a follow up with the customer. Moreover the service executives behavior is rude, they are not willing to hear what the customer is saying, they didn't respond to calls, even after raising the issue with service head of India, the executives contacted and while my father is talking they hung up the call. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Never ever go for Samsung products, its doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Samsung is the worst I’ve ever bought!!!! Ice maker went out the week after warranty! And has gone out again. And now—every time I try to get water out of the dispenser-it makes a VERY loud grinding noise and also all during the day when it’s filling for the ice maker . DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!! Even their repairman will tell you the Icelanders are the very worst!

I bought a phone from Samsung directly instead of my carrier. I financed it, which meant financing was through TD bank. I sent my old phone back to Samsung, and they said it wasn't in the condition we agreed on, so they told me they weren't going to pay me as much as we agreed on. The amount they offered was ludicrious, so I asked for it back so I could sell it outright. They declined and changed my monthly payment due to not as much credit on the account. By the time we got all that done, I had already set up my monthly payments. Now my monthly payments weren't enough, so they started charging me late fees more than my payments even though I was sending them a payment each month. I tried disputing the charges and they only would take off 1 late fee. It has been a nightmare working with them and TD bank and I'll never do it again. I finally just paid the phone off so I could be done with them.

Purchased Range, refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher & TV for new home 7 years ago: fridge went thru 4 ice makers (2 upper/2 lower) before complete Board failure 2 weeks after warranty expired. $700 + labor - yeah right. Dishwasher heater failed twice under warranty, pump 45 days after warranty expired & cheaper to replace whole thing. Washer has been serviced 4 times for notorious “dc” code & once for board failure; still has problem. Dryer wads EVERYTHING into a ball & takes forever. TV went 6 months past warranty & audio board failed; cheaper to buy new TV. Range is only thing that has not failed in some fashion. NEVER AGAIN have ANYTHING Samsung as my personal property; WORST PURCHASE DECISION I’ve ever made in 68 years.

Bought a new range on Thursday, installed it and oven doesn't work, only the top burners. called Samsung through their chat and requested a warranty call. samsung has given me info on 2 service providers that never called me, I had to contact them! One said both numbers they had for me we're wrong! It is now the following Tuesday and I still have half a stove. I reached out to both service companies that Samsung sent my info to. One says they've ordered parts already and will set up an appointment in 3 to 5 days when they come in. I had to call for this info as they weren't going to tell me! ALSO, HOW CAN YOU ORDER PARTS WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THE STOVE YET? WILL I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK IF THEY ARE WRONG? I also called the second company that couldn't find any info on my claim even though they sent me an email at 8:30 Tuesday evening for an appointment between 12 and 4 for July 20, TUESDAY WAS JULY 20! I GOT THE APPOINTMENT EMAIL 4 HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT WINDOW WAS OVER. AGAIN NO CALL! One more chance or we return the stove. It is a 2 hour drive to return it and we will be swearing off Samsung forever. REAL SHAME AS MOST OF MY ELECTRONICS ARE SAMSUNG. Good products aren't any good if you don't support consumers when there is an issue!

We have had great difficulty downloading certain apps. A message comes up about "no internet connection," which there is! Other apps work and all mobile devices have internet connection in the same room. Have checked with internet provider- no problem. Have been trying to connect with Samsung and keep getting told to call back later! I went to the trouble of writing in all my details to get connect to a chat line and got a bloody robot!! So frustrating! Hopeless service! I'm with the other reviewers- wouldn't haven't given one star if zero was available!

Very pathetic service by samsung after raising complaints mails no one gives anu reply or action A technician is moving us here and their only for new washing machine installation Many times taking followup but they only said will visit 100% today 3 days passed but no one come One who alocate as a technician that person disconnected our call while we are dialing him please come to our door and please do installation he not picking up our call and disconnected call continously Very pathetic service Never buy samsung washing machine

Sent a galaxy z flip in because one of the screens quit working. They brag speedy service but it's far from that since its been 3 weeks and I have know idea where my phone is. Last week is was updated that is was fixed waiting to ship. This week it says fix ticket cancelled and customer service has no idea what's going on or where my phone is. Waiting on day 2 for a call back. Paid 1400 for the phone 2 months ago what a rip off.
