“Updated review after customer service reached out to address my concern! They reached out and offered to refund the towel or send a different one which I really appreciated. I would say the bundle is a good way to get these towels for cheaper if you don’t care about the colors/patterns.
Original review- Purchased this bundle recently, lots of pink pastel stripe patterns but I liked a couple of the towel patterns/colors. I was not happy at all with one of the towels, the material was totally different than normal sand cloud towels and not at all absorbent. It’s super thin and a little scratchy.”

“If you are looking for a piece or a towel that works well as a picnic blanket then this is the product for you, but if you want a product that actually dries you off stay far far away. It’s essentially like drying yourself off with a t shirt, even if you follow through with their special wash method that’s supposed to “bloom the natural cotton fibers”

I feel badly for any of the reviewers who think this towel is soft. I don't know where you're getting your towels, but keep looking! Even very inexpensive towels are softer than this.
Pros are that it dries the body fine, dries itself well, and will pack efficiently, but I couldn't bear to use it once the weather turned cool. It just feels like a punishment, and I don't deserve to be punished right out of the shower. Great marketing team though, because you sure fooled me!”

“Absolutely love the pattern. The blanket is stunning! Not comfy tho. I am so disappointed in how rough and scratchy the blanket is. Not ideal for lounging around with and certainly would not recommend for a bed. Very different feel than the towels I have purchased in the past. It is adorable tho!
Update! SANDCLOUD customer service has been phenomenal! Someone reached out with some tips and tricks to help try and remedy my situation with the scratchiness of my blanket. They also compensated me with a gift card for the troubles. I cannot rave about their level of customer service! My 3 stars are def changing to a 5!”
