My on line order provided a disappointing experience. I ordered 2 items, the first was damaged and the second was not in stock (even though on web). In fairness communication was swift and refunds were equally quick but not really a positive experience.

I ordered Michael Kors black sneakers. The picture and description on the website says its smooth black leather, but actually I received raised pattern leather sneakers. Also the UK size I chose was 4,5 ( I usually wear size 4) which arrived US 6.5 size which is too small and doesn't correspond to UK size 4.5. Very bad service! I have arranged the return and had to pay for it. I hope you will refund the money I paid

Super service. The bag I bought was on sale and I got it for a great price compared to competitors, and I got next day delivery which was very much appreciated as I needed it asap. Would definitely order from here again!

Online purchase of a Xmas stocking filler. Packaging arrived torn & badly damaged. Customer service response was 'it was the last one left and return if unwanted'. No real apology or compensation. Disappointing
