“This is the first time I have purchased from this website, so was a little apprehensive, as they was also a great price. However, the service was excellent. The jeans arrived perfectly packaged and arrived in a lovely box, well packaged. Super fast delivery and great communication. Really pleased, and I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you.”

“I ordered some Barbour slippers from Sandersons online shop. A parcel arrived containing a designer headband. I was told after prompting that my order was sent elsewhere. After sending the headband back it took weeks before they told me I wasn’t going to get the slippers. Considering that they are a online store this is ridiculous.”

“Whilst the placing of the online order was easy to do. I was disappointed with the store delivery. I didn’t receive any email to say the item had arrived. I had to ring the store, then go in store to finally get the item over a week later. The item was a birthday present . The date was missed and hence the surprise!!. I ended up buying something else to cover the issue. Not a good start to my Sandersons experience.”

“Item not delivered to me by Sandersons chosen courier. Customer services refused to help until courier investigation completed after 6 days even though they could Google my address and see this was not where my parcel had been delivered. Item returns are very expensive as need to be tracked. Sandersons not an online friendly company.”
