“There were several aspects of the ordering process that were cumbersome, from lack of explanation of some of your products to how to put together the sign. I called and asked for a call-back. Never got one. Called instead and waited on the line, and finally talked to someone who knew her material somewhat. Then later when I was working on my design I had questions and I called and waited on the line at length, and finally got hung up on. I sure hope the sign I ordered is what I think I ordered”
“Why am I writing a review prior to receiving a product. You and everyone else wants me to waste my time doing something prior to providing a service. I find that unacceptable.”
“I've ordered sandwich boards before and the quality is great! Delivery is quick and I've been very happy. However, this time I had more editing to do. Unlike most other companies, they don't give any indication of poor resolution until immediately after the order is places. Also, there is no scroll bar when you zoom in on your project, so there's no way to see a closer version of what you are editing except the small section it automatically zooms in on. If they fixed these issues, the program would be so much better. They need a better editing platform to match the high quality of their product.”
“Very difficult to get a simple PDF uploaded for my sign. My last PDF uploaded perfectly. This one will not upload and causes an "Unknown error". Finally worked my original PDF into a new PDF that would upload. Crazy!”
“This was our first order with this vendor. I ordered two sandwich boards and when I spoke to someone on the phone she asked me what color, because there were so many colors. I told her I just needed two white boards. When the order came they were two black ones. We will not be returning them for an exchange because we need them now because we need to open our soup kitchen as soon as possible. I do want to say, it was delivered very quickly. Thank you”
“I'm confused. The sign I clicked on had a stand. A sandwich board. The sign that came was only a flat sign with to leg stand like the picture. Very misleading and I am not happy with it. I needed a sign on a stand”
“Unfortunately one side of the sign was printed upside down. Still waiting on confirmation of a new sign that is supposed to be printed. I will have to call AGAIN!”
“Website confusing. Thought I was getting double sided sign...received single side (rather useless for open house). Very expensive for quality.
Was able to buy from GCAR for 1/4 of the price.”
