Most impressed with Nusrat, a Santander employee at the Hounslow Branch, very recently. She was most helpful in providing all the information re. savings accounts and their rates. We have had several meetings with her and she is without doubt a very professional and helpful employee who Santander should be proud of.

I called in santander BLYTH today,needing help! TRACY went above and beyond to do this! I am not computer literate so sometimes these things can be frustrating! God,help us if they closed another bank. I have been with them for over 40 years and have always found the staff there very obliging. They deserve 5 stars and more from my personal experiences with them.☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and myself attended the Rhyl branch on Saturday 29/6/24. Vanessa went above and beyond and helped us with our Edge account. I Would also like to say every time we go to this branch all the staff are very polite & helpful.

Vania Maria Luis Marquis called me immediately when I sent an e-mail enquiring an urgent matter,aswell as following up to make sure if I needed anything further.Im a South African citizen who has never even visited my roots within the past 23 yrs.My portugeuse is good but not immaculate & everytime ive called,Ive only had kind assistance aswell as fantastic service.10/10.People should share good experiences too….not only bad ones

Last two weeks two different days served me two different staff I am happy with service But But leeds Santander bank staff BINTA really appreciated she is genuine kind and polite specially she have more knowledge sorted my issue I am excited thanks Binta keep it up I give you 5 stars

I have been telephone phone banking with Santander for a number of years and I have always been more than happy with it and consider it first class. Carrying out transactions on auto is easy, if you don't find it so then there is always a knowledgeable helpful person to speak to on the other end of the 'phone. Yesterday I transferred a large amount of money to each of our eight grandchildren and choose to do it by speaking to customer service. A lovely man with an Australian/NZ accent answered and patiently and meticulously took me through the eight transactions which took some time. I couldn't have wished for better service and his manner and expertise were very reassuring. I am confident that should I have a problem with my banking help is at hand and it can soon be dealt satisfactorily. If you are like me and of a certain age and want telephone banking I can't recommend them high enough.

Hello everyone, I'm Brittany Amanda from Ireland , usa. I'm here to tell you about my experience about recovery companys. I was scammed by Watermine company! They shut their website down after they took all my money. I was furious, I desperatly needed to get my funds back. Due to the situation I was in I was much more careful in finding a company that could help me get my funds back. I heard about recovery services. I talked several companies. But most of them request front payment. Some of them doesnt but they have bad reviews, and it may be lost of time to go on with them. CP-INVESTIGATION.C0M (Payback, Moneyback same.) has the best reviews between the companies i chacked and shared my problem. Cp Investigation have been an amazing positive help for me, having being scammed out of a substantial amount of money they have successfully assisted in retrieving approx. 70% of my loses so far, with no stone being left unturned I am confident they will obtain a refund for me in due course. They are helpful, professional and compassionate at all times fully understanding my position and always available to assist and answer questions. I can only recommend the company and staff working there, they have all been first class!

I recently transferred from 20 years with Nationwide to Santander and the difference is remarkable. There are far fewer interfering and unnecessary 'security' checks which is a big relief. The courtesy and help of the staff on the telephone and the simplicity of Santander's online banking is a joy and far less tiring (and aggravating) - my 90 year old arthritic fingers make a lot of typing errors resulting in a lot of phone calls for help! I would give all the staff bonuses if I could but here is a big THANKYOU for your help and patience!

I spoke to an agent last week regarding a direct debit and could not fault the service I was given. He was very polite and and sorted out the problem that I had with patience and professionality. Sheila Dutch

So I wasnt doing any big money transactions o only wanted a few pounds keep me going but I had to go into my Rutherglen branch as I lost my card 🙃 anyhow Catriona your an angel you just cheered me right up, your customer care and attention were perfect thanks Catriona btw everyone in my branch is lovely 5stars all round

I'd just like to add my story too, I think others would like to hear it. I`ve been struggling for several years with my car loan, as I had indemnity fraud in the past, and my credit score dropped down. Originally, I bought a car with 29% APR, then I refinanced twice, the lowest I had -12.99%. It was so high, my heart was bleeding every time I wrote the check. I applied to build up my credit score and remove every collection with the aid of Rock Base whom I contacted via his (ROCKBASE @PROTONMAIL .COM) after some days he told me he's done which I also confirmed on my credit profile. I reapplied for refinance 3-d time, and got several offers, Logix won, amazing 4.5% APR, I couldn't even dream about that. And for one hour spent in Branch, they opened a checking account, refinanced my car, provided credit card, that also helps build the credit, loan I applied for was granted. I even got a debit card right away. I was told they will reduce my car loan. I am so happy, it’s like I got out of a financial trap I’ve been in for several years.

I once saw a comment on giffgaff about XAP CREDIT SOLUTION and how they helped a certain Noah Davidson, I became curious and wondered if they could help me fix my poor Credit and eliminate bad debts. Well with my fingers crossed, I gave them a try, eventually they fixed my Credit and gave me a reason to smile and be happy again. We have banked with Santander for seven years and have no complaints. They are easy to get hold of and problems are very quickly dealt with. We enjoyed quite a few years with a record beating rate of interest on our current accounts, sadly this has gone, as with most banks. We really can't find a reason to transfer our accounts to another bank.

I visited Santander, Eastham branch to deposit a cheque and severed by Tracy Counter Service Advisor she was given excellent great service and she is very friendly and helpful to make me very happy.

After trying several times unsuccessfully to try and get into my on-line banking. I decided to give on line-banking a call Jonathan answered the phone. I am very impressed with his kind help and patience. As an older person I am not as quick as I used to be. But within 20 minutes he had my account sorted I very much appreciated Jonathan's help and feel he is a great asset to your on line banking

Dennis in Glasgow went the extra mile today with his excellent customer service, I needed to prevent a transaction I made mistakenly through ebay, Dennis took me through the stages of how to do this, how kind and patient of him it was quite unexpected, thank you to Dennis I got my refund. Jo
