Paid for items I haven’t received they were missing in my delivery and 5 weeks later no response to my multiple emails and no refund??
What an absolute joke. Customer service are non existent.
Photos and products look good but the quality and service is horrible, do not be fooled. There’s WAY better businesses to order from with excellent service and quality and for much cheaper too.

Ordered Bulbs - waited a long time for delivery, delivery did not happen, no one tried [i have cameras] and was told to collect from a depot 1 hr away. Complained and g said delivered. Spent a long time trying time [ 2 hrs] trying to contact someone and they they would be sent again - did not happen
Always a long cue time to contact customer services can be position 36 etc.
Awful customer services - do not bother

I order some Pelargoniums I waited 8 weeks for delivery, after calling them they said it was because they were in 2L pots. OK
They arrived yesterday one pot has only 1 leaf in it I believe I paid around £17 for this leaf. I too have had several items delivered and not been happy but kept ordering as I thought it maybe a one off sadly not.

The order in total was £34.85 with the 10% discount come to £31.37. I received refund of you £27.88. Could you explain why?
I’m very disappointed with the delivery service first ,secondly not receiving the plants or replacements and last but not least not received full refund.

I ordered plants at the beginning of April . I have chased up the delivery and was told the plants were delayed . It is now into the third week of June and still NOT delivered . Avoid this company and go to your local nurseries or a competitive reliable company .

In March a pack of plants ordered as a birthday gift for friends April birthday.
Immediately order was confirmed delivery delay was announced - then another - then another! I have rung & emailed - no help forthcoming or a reply or plants & it’s now mid June! Worst online experience EVER!!
Is Sarah Raven still trading as phone number unobtainable today?

Received sub-par plants recently. Virtually half of the pastel cosmos collection were practically dead. A further order was not delivered on the specified date by your delivery company, Yodel. Standards have dropped significantly. Poor show.
