“I'm currently a vendor in the SarapNow marketplace, and even though I've fulfilled orders for customers who have made purchases, I have not received any payouts from SarapNow. This marketplace is a scam that claims to bring awareness to Asian-owned businesses. Don't shop here, and support these creators directly.”

“DON’T USE, you will NOT get your purchase then they WONT return emails. Then when you dispute it they will fight not giving your money back for something they didn’t send (they make a “tracking number” but never give the package to the carrier. So ridiculous that a company that operates like this can be open.”

“My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the products I ordered. I'm an extremely, very picky eater. They sounded interesting. Obviously I made a mistake, however some tenets availed of my purchase. Left them in the community room.”

“Ordered Cool Taste Calamansi Juice 355 ml. 21 Bottles. USPs postman informed me & returned shipment. Box was empty & partially opened on its side. Poor packaging of box. Box was thin & not capable of holding 21 bottles at all.”

“It says macapuno strings but not 100% macapuno since it’s mixed up with regular coconut strings not macapuno sports at all. I know the difference between macapuno and coconut since I was born and raised in the Philippines. Cheating the consumers are not good for you business.”

“IM SOO SAD AND DISAPPOINTED ....I'm Soo Excited to Open My Package ....it just got delivered a lil bit ago :( I got Soo excited tHat I ordered it & eat Filipino foods and Been Craving For Filipino foods Because I'm Pregnant..and eat some treats that Ive been craving for. So I ordered some of my cravings ... Then I ate Some Of The Cloud 9 .. Expecting it's Still in Good Condition because I just Bought It And It just literally got delivered today, just right now I ate CLoud 9 Said " EXPiRED 01 91 " -.- So It means It's "Expired" Long Time Ago ...... ( I checked It Because it wasn't as Chewy As It Supposed to be !) Which Is disappointing:( especially I'm Pregnant..... And I already ate few packages of It:( now I'm worried About My Baby .... & My Health ..... & Some of It Expired Soon As well (few weeks from now or 1 month from Now) ..”

The specific product, Cloud9, uses a lot/batch number system which can be mistaken for an expiry date. For any questions about a product, the lot/batch number can be referenced when contacting the manufacturer to help gain more information.

Additionally, the rest of the order was purchased from our Last Chance collection which indicates a product is near its "best by" date. Each buyer is aware and reminded that best by dates are only estimations and that the use of best judgement is highly recommended.
