Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your delivery didn’t meet your expectations. It seems there may have been some confusion around our Sneak Peek collection, which works a bit differently than regular orders. Since these pieces come directly from India, there’s a small waiting period while they arrive, and we always aim to keep customers informed. We did send an email when your order was placed that explained the process: once the pieces arrive, we perform a quality check and ship them as soon as possible. The email also mentioned that if there’s a pricing discrepancy (for example, if a piece was listed in a higher-priced collection but actually belongs to a lower one), we would reach out to you for approval and offer a refund or a price adjustment. We also let customers know that if a higher price was correct, you’d get to keep the item at the lower price! Additionally, we noted in the email that if you were in a rush for a special occasion, we could prioritize your order if you reached out. We always strive to offer flexibility and transparency. We hope this helps clarify the process, and we'd be grateful if you would consider revising your review. Unfortunately, my package wasn't delivered in time for my trip. I paid extra, but due to the holiday - Purolator was closed on Friday and Saturday. I left on Sunday (October 1) and was informed that I couldn't pick up the package until October 2.

Hi Beverly! We are so sorry that your silks did not arrive in time for your vacation despite the fact that we did everything right on our end to make sure the clothing reached you in time. You placed the order at 1:38 pm on September 26th and we had your package ready for shipping three hours later, at 4:38 pm. It was picked up from our store the following morning at 11:30 am. We can see from the tracking information that there was an attempted delivery the next day on Sept 28th at 1:30 pm (in time for your trip) but unfortunately it was delayed as "the receiver (you) was not available". We hope you are able to take them along on your next vacation--people love travelling with sariKNOTsari! If you could consider amending your 1 star review, that would be much appreciated as we are just a small business and we rely on our reviews to prove that we are diligent in our responsibilities to our customers.

Hi Diana, We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know that you have been receiving emails. We had no idea! We are not sure why you are receiving emails--we checked your account with us and it is clearly indicated on our end that you don't want emails. In order to prevent any further emails coming to you, I am going to delete your email address from our system. Would you mind forwarding copies of the emails that you received to us so we can figure out where they are being generated so this doesn't happen to other customers. You can send them to shop@sariknotsari.com. Thank you in advance for your help in sorting this problem out. It was never our intention to spam customers and your help will help us ensure that we don't in the future.
