“As quite a few people have said before, I ordered from this company on the 2nd of Jan and have received nothing. I emailed and asked about where my order was and they emailed me and showed me that they had fulfilled the order on Jan 6 but Royal Mail must have lost it. I was offered a refund or it to be sent again. I asked for it to be sent again and an update. That was 15 Jan. ( I have ordered numerous times from this company with no hassle or issues) but now its the 21st of Jan and Ive emailed multiple times and ive heard nothing back. It usually only takes a few days for delivery. Im afraid this company is scamming us now.”

“very bad customer service. They haven't called back for 4 days. They respond to everything until the sale is made and never care after the sale. The order has been waiting for 9 days for the UK. My guess is that they sell the products they don't have and wait until they arrive. I'm not sure about your future because there is no customer service that responds to your e-mails. I have experienced it. my advice is definitely do not shop.”
