“Received my phone case for I phone 11 pro max. The personalised name is half hanging off the bottom of the case totally unacceptable to send out like this. Also the volume buttons at the size do not fit in the correct please when the case is on. Totally disappointed. Still waiting for a reply about the matter”

“Sassy online does amazing phone cases which are such high quality , they have so many case designs to choose from which makes it impossible to choose just one as you want them all! It’s also very worth buying the protective layer that goes underneath the case as it gives you’re phone that extra shielding from damage. The only downside to my experience with sassy would be the communication once my case was ordered, it wasn’t until I had received my case that they sent a shipping confirmation and that resulted in me attempting to follow them up a couple times about my case before it got to me. However I know that this is mainly due to the high volume of orders they get near to Christmas time and I know they are trying their best. Overall I would seriously recommend sassy as their cases are just amazing , I’m inlove with my case I got and I will definitely be buying more in the near future !”
