Jab mne sasta ticket sy 11 tareeh ko ticket book krny k lye cvv pr card number dala to mery number py code aya abi mne vo code enter kiya e ni ku k jis number ph code aya vo number mera kab sy bnd tha pahly e sasta ticket walo ny mery pesy kat dye aj 21 tareeh hogae hai or ye log mery pesy wapas ni kr ry bad call kro to lara laga dety abi wapas hoty kall wapas hoty 24 ghnto bad wapas hoty very bad... very very very baddddd

Very inefficient customer service staff start chat with them @ 5 pm & at 6 pm today they told your airline website is crashed.as i was operating from the other end on the airline website,Everthing was working perfectly

The airblue have no baggage in ticket it mean I will go alone, Otherwise handbags are allowed are not

Hi Aziz. Thank you for reaching out to us, the fare you are selecting on our website is Flexi in which you are entitled to carry 20 KG Baggage and 7KG hand carry. Whereas, if you have purchased Value fare from Airblue or going to purchase from sastaticket.pk then it does not allow any baggage other than 7KG hand carry Regards, Team Sastaticket.pk
