“I think that satsuma loans are one of the best loan companies around, They accepted me when a few others declined me, I needed a new window fitted urgently after one one the children had smashed it, the money was in my account within one hour after applying! It's also a lot easier to spread the payments weekly rather than one bug lump sum.Thank you so much satsuma, I don't know what I would have done without your help!”

“Nice to deal with on the telephone. Pity there is not an option to pay monthly instead of weekly as the loan does not seem to take the fact that you get paid monthly into account. Also behind the times in that you cannot manage your account online. Easy to apply and fast payment.”

“Quick, easy to use website, staff obviously well trained on the phone are very polite, informative and very proffesional. Satsuma Loans are a stand out 'payday loan' provider and do care about the customer alongside turning a profit for the business. Other companies tend to forgo the customer relations in favour of short term profit.”

“I didn't believe satsuma would be able to help me as I've been turned by some other companies, but I was able to get help within my own affordability and I couldn't be more pleased. I found the application form easy to fill in as well. I am truly grateful as I really needed the help.”
