“Satsuma Loans provide an upfront, immediately accessible service. They don't hide their fees, or make it difficult to understand the charges. Although I think it would be possible to run a profitable loan company with minimum risk (I realise this service is used by people with poor credit), at lower rates, the short-term loans have been useful.”
