“Great service it would be good to introduce monthly repayments so it becomes more flexible”

“It's quick and easy to get a loan and weekly payments are brill. Now you can access your account which is great. One suggestion would be to if you can pay loan earlier that you could do it online instead of calling.”

“I filled out my application stating that I was paid monthly, yet my agreement has been set up for weekly payments. I emailed satsuma on Thursday the 23rd June asking for this to be changed to monthly and I have also filled out a review on Friday the 24th June, stating the same request. Neither of these requests have been replied to by satsuma.”
