“Takes ages to get the loan, by the time it comes through you could have probably sourced it from elsewhere without the interest lol”

“The loan process was seamless....customer services when things go wrong is an entirely different matter. i can only go on my experience, but to change my password as the automatic link doesn't work....27 minutes!!! in tandem with inane questions that had no bearing on my situation...just not very good”

“I filled out my application stating that I was paid monthly, yet my agreement has been set up for weekly payments. I emailed satsuma on Thursday the 23rd June asking for this to be changed to monthly and I have also filled out a review on Friday the 24th June, stating the same request. Neither of these requests have been replied to by satsuma.”
