“Nice to deal with on the telephone. Pity there is not an option to pay monthly instead of weekly as the loan does not seem to take the fact that you get paid monthly into account. Also behind the times in that you cannot manage your account online. Easy to apply and fast payment.”

“no hassle approach to small loans, ive had three now each time my limit has been increased. my only issue is that my second loan is still showing on my credit file as unpaid which is something of a concern. However staff when I call are always helpful and polite. As long as you keep up your repayments everything will always be ok, get into trouble and call them first they are there to help but only can if they know.”

“I love that satsuma is so helpful and easy especially for returning customers. The only thing I wish they had more of is payment options, it don't love the weekly payment option but never the less they are helpful”

“It seems good, however I emailed the online customer care email address asking if I could change my payments to monthly and I havent recieved a reply yet. This was on Friday 13th May and it is now Tuesday 17th May.”
